Beautifully decorated with a lot of space for 6 people. All things you might want and more.comfy beds, lovely bedding and lots of room for storing clothes. Will definitely book again for later in the year

Keys in lock box - easy to access & open, plenty of space for parking, property very clean, plenty of utensils & utilities in the kitchen , good size fridge freezer, cooker & hob easy to use once we’d googled the instructions, 2 bedrooms plenty of drawer & wardrobe space, beds very comfortable, lounge diner spacious, settee comfortable, nice large TV with plenty of smart apps, bathroom very clean & amenities great. Thank you for the personal touch of a Christmas Tree up & running during our festive stay. Quiet location but near to local Chip Shop & Chinese, plus around 20-30 minute walk into Cromer for all that fabulous Cromer has in store.

The location was so peaceful and we enjoyed the walk into town.
It was warm weekend and we would have liked to have been able to regulate the heating.

couldn’t have been cleaner, I packed as though was going camping but there was milk in the fridge waiting, biscuits tea coffee. very impressed.
the gardener situation really upset my young daughter, if he’d have just knocked it wouldn’t have been an issue but you don’t expect to come face to face with someone in the garden when you’ve just got out the shower.

Perfect location, not far from the sea front. Immaculate and spacious.
The shower pressure was very weak. Had to run a small bath instead.

Superb self catering accommodation - spotlessly clean, furnished to a high standard, lots of extra touches such as full tea, sugar and coffee caddies, dishwasher tablets, milk in the fridge, biscuits and chocs. Very quiet area, great to sit out in the garden with coffee and watch the birds. Easy access to Cromer about 10mins drive. Highly recommended.
May be close off the street access to the back garden.

Lovely property , beautiful private garden . Hot shower, nicely decorated throughout. Good internet coverage .
Easy parking for 2 vehicles .
Small thing only - a tray to carry drinks into the garden would have been useful and a bowl for salad etc . Very minor details - and we managed perfectly well without them !!

The decor was very light and airy. It was very clean and the furniture was all high end. Everything was perfect, every detail was though of including a pint of milk in the fridge! It was so lovely to have a private garden to enjoy also.
I would of preferred gated on the side of the property. However didn't effect the enjoyment of our stay!

It was immaculate. Like a new property with new high quality furnishings.
No manuals or instructions for the cooker & other appliances. Would appreciate a later check out on a Sunday morning so that we could have a lie in.
