Everything was fantastic, lovely property, nice quiet location, free parking was a bonus.

Not a dislike but I couldn't get the TV to work, just would not load up, maybe I wasn't doing it correctly as I don't have BT at home.

The place felt like home straight away. It was more comfortable and roomy than I was expecting. A few steps to get down to the apartment, which was then all one level, with two toilets, three good sized bedrooms and huge living space. The kitchen was a good sized and had everything you needed. Even tho it is a basement level flat, it was very light and airy. The apartment was close to main Brighton (half hour walk) and near a bus stop. The area was quiet and a very short walk to the beach.

The driveway to the parking space had a max width for cars of 2m. As we had a big car, we only braved going down the driveway twice (took a bit to get back out each time). However there was always a street park available (near to 11hr parking bays and the street parks are free for overnight). So no negatives really!
