Staff friendly as always, helped me get early check in which is great traveling and having set appointments
I tried to cancel due to changes that were beyond my control, could not, but that is my own fault non-refundable, I just could not control the changes at the location I was visiting, but it worked out ok.

The location was close to the highway as well as stores & restaurants. After checking in, we left for a few hours before finally returning to get some rest. We came back to a flooded room. The lady at the front desk was very apologetic and immediately gave us a new room.
We had requested a smoking room but did not get one and our 1st room flooded. We had to request toilet paper for our new room.
