Great place for Sisters trip!

Cute, modern fully furnished holiday home. Very nice and clean. Liked the separate bedrooms. Nice breakfast bar and stools . Great having a fridge and ice maker. Liked the seating on the patio underneath. Great location to food, bars, golf cart roads and beach!

Would of liked a couple real blankets. Gets cool at night. Had to turn heat on. My cousin brought blankets. We used hers. Also for watching TV. An airfryer would be nice in the kitchen for reheating pizza. The pan was yuky, rusty. Mosquitoes were bad one night.

Decent place, you need a car.

The place was clean and had most of the things I expected. When the weather turned bad I was able to find lots of things on the TV. The placement of the unit on the property was away from the street, which kept it more quiet.

Vasa has the wrong location displayed (pin on map) on this site and its own. Very misleading. Had I known the true location I probably would have rented somewhere else. The change resulted in having to walk 4 miles extra, unless I could find a ride. The Vasa folk were unsympathetic and offer no solutions to their folly. The pictures of the facilities show a grill, there was no grill. There are other units in this location and they are all pretty close together. They are also building more in the lot, so there was some construction noise.

Kids are all 18+ and I can't force them on vacation, but they LOVED this!

We loved the Adirondack chairs and grilled dinner both nights. Great hang out place! Appreciated the water hose to rinse off sand before going upstairs.

Ran out of toilet paper the first day. Would have loved a broom & mop to clean up sandy floors, even though I made everyone rinse off first. Sand gets EVERYWHERE.

I will just say our anniversay weekend was almost ruined.

the location

Dog hair and food were found in the sheets of the guest bunk bed. the master had dog hair and stains on the sheets - you could tell it had not been properly cleaned. the walls and fridge had not been cleaned as well. There were food smears on the wall and the edge of the bunk beds. Floors had not been cleaned and there was dog hair all over the floors. The furniture had stains in the guest bedrooms. Sofa bed was broken and garbage disposal did not close. The living room window did not properly close.

little things need addressing: water filter from refrigerator needs to be replaced, all batteries from remote controls need changing,‘and we’d appreciate complimentary coffee items! (momfocus ñ)
