I made a booking for a 2 bedrooms villa on booking.com (confirmed) and the booking did not show up when we arrived. It took approximately 45 min for the staffs to make some phone calls, prepare the room etc. It was 11pm when we arrived, exhausted but had to wait for almost an hour for the room to be ready. I couldn’t contact the number given on Ville De Mont booking.com, nor given any explanation. Only when we checked out, the nice lady at the reception apologized to us. Quite a bad experience for our first stay.
