The room was big enough, and the kitchenette was OK. Staff was helpful.
The hotel is located 15 minutes’ walk from the metro station, which is 20 mins away from the main train station. Unfortunately, the bus service is unavailable on weekends and after 10 pm in weekdays.
Upon arrival, you’ll find that the street leading to the hotel is lined with strip clubs, which might be a surprise for families. Despite being a 4-star hotel, the decor and cleanliness are not particularly impressive.

It was my third time there and unfortunetely this time i found hairs in both my towels. The soap wasnt also refilled, so I had to used to my shampoo to wash my hands. Otherwise no complaints as usual

The showers when the hot water is working
The hot towel rack was great for the towels and even drying wet clothes
Some of the staff were reasonably nice and all had pretty good English
Ironing area, washing area and meeting room
Reasonably close to train station, also only ~25 minute taxi or uber to Oktoberfest
Bug trapped in the shower screen, non-smart TV with difficult HDMI access, no mini fridge and no room service forcing you to get a drink from the lobby, very minimal staff available late at night and hotel restaurant not consistent with their 10 PM closing time (often earlier), very easy to hear other guest's coming through the hallway and above the room (was on floor 1), room always really warm and stuffy
