Perfect room comfy bed, nice shower, cleaned daily access to a communal pool on the room top but off season was only us in there which was beautiful and the lady at reception was so nice and friendly

The lady who welcomed us was so lovely and friendly. She provided us with a map and told us places to visit and took us up to our room.
Pool towels to be provided would be nice but not a massive issue

The rooms are big, the entire object is pretty new. The rooftop pool is small, but really nice.
Beds are really comfy! But you should probably sleep naked :)
Wifi was pretty bad, dropping the connection at times.
During checkout they found a stain on the sheet, probably from coconut oil and my pajamas (no blood, no food, but my clothes). Which is perfectly washable, but the staff didn't know what to do, texting, running around to our room, back, etc, for 30+ minutes!! In the end they decided that we needed to pay a fine 1000THB, which we normally would dispute, but our taxi was waiting already and we almost missed our train, so we had to leave (and didn't get the 1k deposit back)...
Also with this delay we didn't manage to buy food for our journey and were on the train for a whole day with minimum water and no food, which made the whole experience with this accommodation even worse.
Staff asked us about our check-out time 3 times and still left an inexperienced girl there :(
I am not happy with this result, as otherwise the stay was nice, but this made the whole experience look pretty bad.... And pricy 😕
