Globalement petit studio fonctionnel, confortable et agréable à vivre, arrêt de bus à proximité, quartier assez tranquille, assez bien équipé dans l’ensemble, meubles/aménagements de bonne qualité, la literie est confortable, clim
Gros vis à vis depuis la fenêtre avec l’immeuble d’en face, couverts pas très propre nous avons dû les relaver, manque un peu vaisselle, notamment pour le petit déjeuner (grandes tasses, bols), wifi pas très performant et se coupe régulièrement

Locatia okay, o singura camera cu baie, o plita mica și un frigider micut în camera, nu poți cere mai mult la prețul pe care l-am dat. Baia e mișto
Se aud toate sunetele, începând cu 7 dimineața când oamenii merg la muncă și trântesc ușile. Ușa de la intrare e ca o ușă de sufragerie și auzi tot prin ea. Aș recomanda ca ușa cu gratii de la intrarea de pe holul blocului spre cazare să fie înlocuită cu o ușă normală ca să fie mai izolat fonic.

Contact with our host was quick, helpful and friendly. Pricing of the accomodation was okay regarding other prices for hotels or appartments in Bologna. In 30 minutes you are in the city centre by foot, also some busses are available, so you can quickly go to Bologna Centrale or other destinations. Public parking with fees available in the area. The kitchen was small but functional.
Unfortunately, the bed was horrible, mattresses are completely worn out. Considering the high frequency of guests, the host could replace them easily. If you have back problems, avoid. Also the bathroom was dirty, there was mould on the ground of the shower (not in the corners but flat on the ground). It's pretty noisy inside the house, walls and doors are like paper. You will hear anything, from doors smashing to neighbours snorting.
