- Excellente situation géographique (très central, proche de toutes les activités touristiques principales)
- appartement très calme et spacieux
- terrasse agréable
- il y a un réel manque d’entretien dans cet appartement qui ne correspond pas au prix de l’appartement : robinets en mauvais état, fenêtres et porte-fenêtre dans un état pitoyable (fonctionnement défaillant), accroches de rideaux cassés, cendrier de la terrasse non vidé, mobilier de la terrasse à renouveler (et plus généralement pas d’entretien de la terrasse), poubelles sales et cassées (cuisine, toilette)
- chaudière éteinte à notre arrivée
- absence de micro-onde (peu compréhensible au vu de la taille de la cuisine)
