Best staff I have ever seen. Unbelievable clean , comfortable bed and pillows.
There is no coffee machine and microwave in the room, refrigerator is too small and works not very well and bad quality towels.
The cafe inside the hotel is too expensive compare the restaurants around the hotel.

this has to be one of my favourite hotels i’ve ever stayed at.
the facilities were amazing, super clean and staff were so helpful!! felt like royalty.
really great gym and pool area too.
super close to essentials like food/supermarket.
Oat and Choy were fantastic!!!
i hope i can come back soon!!!

Would good top scores if not for one of the staff on desk who was not very helpful when I lost my debt card good do with some more better English speaking staff members
Apart from that very nice comfable hotel with great Poole and 24 hour gym
