Worst Stay!!

nothing so far

If you have minimum standards for comfort, you shouldn't pick this hotel. 1. First of all the pictures on the website are quite old, probably right after the construction. 2. Don't get cheated by the look of the front reception room. 3. Not even worth Rs.4000/- for two nights, just not only becoz the hardest bed I had slept on, but there was no faucet for the toilet.....Can you even imagine? 4. Stained bedsheets 5. Stinky bathroom After all, it's ur perception of comfort and worthiness,if you are coming from South Indian states, you are going to be disappointed.

Horrible Experience in Awesome City

Location of hotel is the only thing that's good about the hotel.

First and foremost this is not a Fab hotel as it is being projected. It is hotel Aditya. While booking from booking.com I have opted for checkin at 11am but when I reached hotel the person incharge said he can't give me room before 12 as their normal booking starts from 12pm. I have to wait on front door of hotel for 1hour. Staff is quite rude and untrained, you can imagine the situation by the fact that there housekeeping staff comprises of only two underage boys. Rooms are horrible if we look from fab hotel standards, all the rooms are quite small and smelly with dirty bedsheets. I have to pay additional sum of money in cash to the person incharge to get a decent room with ventilation. Finally, I have opted for breakfast while booking the room, and I was shocked by the breakfast they served, on day 2 they served 2 slices of bread with tea and on day 3 they served 1 paratha with cold tea this time. Overall, it was a horrible experience. Won't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Worst stay ever; Wouldn't go to Fabhotel any more; First time felt cheated with Booking.com reviews

just the location and the elevator

Rooms were filthy; bed linens seemed to be not cleaned for months with lots of hairs; They didn't bother to change even after we complained; bathrooms were stinky with no toiletries, just the soap; no towels; loads of construction noise even at around 9 pm. I wish I had taken photos to support the filthiness.

Poor facilities not worth to stay

Poor facilities as per the standard of 3 star hotels

The breakfast was included in our booking but it seems the hotel doesn't have breakfast buffet... Utter surprise a 3 star doesn't have breakfast buffet.

Not happy with the stay. Not sure all the rooms are same may be I was unlucky

It’s in a good location and staffs are good. Smooth Check in process.

Rooms was not clean especially bathroom. Bathroom was smelling bad. No soaps/showergell provided. They provided a menu card but most of the items not available. Also no outside food allowed. Overall not a pleasant experience.

Perfect location

Perfect location for the hotel, staff were always extremely helpful. Room was very nice and kept clean. Hotel stored luggage before and after check in/check out which was also very helpful. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Wonder full stay with comfoterble stay

I loved to stay this hotel , bcs its location is to good , and we explore places very easily and also we take public transport very easily. The staff is so good , the meal of hotel is delicious, the room bedsheet and duvet is neat and clean

Location was Good

Unprofessional staff & security guard, Mattress was too hard no extra pillow ( staff gave extra pillow without cover and itd too dirty )and towel and no toiletries and toothpaste kit....very bad not value to money..
