Little gem in Coatbridge

Great location in the town center, you could walk anywhere! Kithchen in good order, very fast internet and very quiet street. Made the stays very comfortable.

Nothing to dry clothes, the plug in the tub was not working properly. Impossible to have a bath. Staircase a bit dirty so eventually I took a brush and cleaned it.

Great value, but needs work from the office side due to deposit f*** up

Very comfy, the sofa in the photo is rock hard though. But you aren't paying hilton prices, so it is great value for having your own space. Great view as well and fairly decent links for public transport.

They don't tell you about the deposit they helped themselves to from your bank account, and still waiting for it almost 4 weeks later. I understand about wanting a deposit, but they've properly messed it up with it. Would love to book again, but not so sure if I will or not, maybe if everywhere else is booked up. Few other little problems, such as the sofa, and when you stand in the shower, the screen opens up soaking the floor, but wedge something in and it stays closed. Otherwise, it was fantastic!

Don't go

When we arrived at the property the outside and stairway was very shabby. We have never been informed that the property is on the 2nd floor and I have mobility issues. There was quite a bit of damage which I reported and some maintenance issues. Why hadn't the cleaner reported these issues? It was very basic in the flat.

The furniture was very uncomfortable. The cooking smells coming from other flats was absolutely disgusting. I still haven't been refunded my £80 damage deposit! Not happy. I will not use pillow partners ever again.

Little gem in the town centre of Coatbridge...for a good price too!

Jackson flat is very functionnal and clean, the location is excellent as you can get to the town centre quickly and easily. The customer service team is also just a phone call away.

For longer stays, I would recommend adding a clothes dryer to the property. I bought one nearby anyway.

Definitely wouldn’t stay again

the location and it was lovely and warm in the apartment

We arrived mid afternoon and having read some of the reviews we were somewhat prepared for the outside/ entrance not looking quite so nice, but when we arrived there was a old mattress and bed that had been taken apart laying outside the entrance. We got the key from the lockbox and Carried our luggage to the top floor, the apartment was clean and spacious so we were off to a good start. No dishwasher but no biggie for us as we prefer to wash our dishes by hand still except there was no dish towel to dry them? no kitchen roll to even wipe a small spill so we had to go purchase our own. We bought some food that needed to be prepared in the oven but there was no tray for the oven. The window in the kitchen wouldn’t close properly due to years of paint layers. The shower was ok plenty hot water from the combi boiler but every time we stood in the tub it would lower with our weight a fraction of an inch meaning that the shower screen didn’t sit quite flush and would swing wide like an open door, no hook or shelf to hang your towel to dry or sit your toiletries on.

conveniently located, well equipped clean apartment, would stay again.

futon sofa very uncomfortable, entrance to apartment unclean and could put people staying. Not suitable for anyone with mobility issue due the number of stairs to get to apartment

Entrance to apartment floor was filthy was off putting thinking what apartment would be like secure box is insecure it's hagging off the wall its on a board key box it's not secure no TV aerial had to buy one it cost us £9.00 sent copy of my receipt
