Space, the double bed was nice. Also, the gentleman I contacted with problems was helpful

The sofabeds were poor and uncomfortable. This apartment could be so much nicer with sofabeds with mattresses. One was rock hard, and the other split into three parts which meant there were gaps when lying on it. In addition we had to chase for bedding for sofabeds, which was sorted in a speedy manner, but we shouldn't have had to chase. Another problem was the apartment did not smell nice when we arrived so not a good first impression. The gentleman on the phone line provided ait freshener for us. Thank you, but this should have been spotted before our arrival The accommodation was also not very clean. Cobwebs behind front door and lots of stains on tile grout. This apartment could be lovely if they gave it a good clean.

Location was not great overlooking bins and the back of shops, the room itself was dirty and tatty nothing like the pictures on booking.com we actually left the property and stayed at innkeepers lodge that evening and are looking for a full refund. Dirty carpets half used toiletries etc etc

Location was good, within walking distance of John Smiths Stadium Secure off street parking Good communication from host regarding check in procedures.

Property not up to expected standard with some areas needing repairs Issues with cleanliness including stains on mattress and dirty floors.

Front door handle broken No USB charging ports integrated into the sockets Ensuite bathroom extractor fan not working Would be nice to have a selection of miniature milk cartons & jam & butter blocks
