Didn’t think much of location. But you’re within 10mins of some lovely places around coastline. So not too bad. Cottage itself was lovely. Comfortable beds and quite spacious rooms up and downstairs. I would recommend making use of the magnetic light strips for stairs. Very handy for when you need to use toilet at night time. Lovely bathroom, shower was good and very spacious room overall. Fridge freezer was amazing! Lovely kitchen and dining room. And also back garden is nice too. Living room is comfortable. But didn’t spend alot of time there. As the weather was so good, so we were exploring Devon outdoors every day

Parking is difficult if you have normal size car. But in saying that there’s a secure carpark about a 5min walk away from property. It’s around £16 for the week. If you have small car though, there is space on the drive at back of cottage. Recycling rubbish information on property, i felt could have been better. Definitely room for improvement in regards to information for guests and recycling bags.

property was lovely when you first walk in. it was a big WoW from us….. until we saw the staircases to the bedrooms and bathroom…..never seen anything like it was very concerned about my 83 year old mother in law who gets up at least twice in the night for the toilet it was like climbing down Ben Nevis to go up Snowdon to get from one to another no wonder there was no pictures as we would have not booked this property.

The ground floor was fantastic large living space wonderful kitchen and plenty of places to sit so you were not on top of each other. The garden was perfect but would have benefited from more comfortable seating.
