Great location -- quiet street. House felt huge, especially the downstairs. Bathroom with two sinks was great. Bedroom curtains blocked out a lot of sun. AC worked well and each bedroom had a box fan, which also served as "white noise". Plenty of dishes (particularly mugs). Host was very responsive.
Note that stairs, although carpeted, are very steep. Only other thing was that the king bed was slightly squeaky... we put my daughter in it and she slept fine.

This property was located in a great neighborhood with the ability to walk to restaurants and a great coffee shop. We did both. The hosts were wonderful to create a 'home' experience. We have been biased since we grew up in a similar neighborhood in Milwaukee. Brought back great memories.
The ability to spend more time in the area from this home base.
