The "neighborhood" feel and our host was awesome! The Quarter Deck with the daily artists and nightly karaoke was so much fun. The fireworks were a bonus!
It was hard to get around because of the construction.... had to use other facilities

We couldn't have asked for a better location! The condo was perfect for the three of us, and we enjoyed having so many amenities on the property. We were able to listen to live music every afternoon and karaoke at night from the balcony. Shawna was a fantastic host, even checking in with us when a storm knocked out power for a couple hours (thankfully the ceiling fan is connected to the emergency generator in the building 🙂). My husband and I both have back problems and slept comfortably in the bed. Our daughter loved the pool area with the lazy river and splash pad. And we loved the views and beach access!
The building we were in had a lot of renovations going on, and the amenities we would have liked to try in or around the building we were in weren't available, such as the pizza place, pool and volleyball. But the other buildings on the property had outdoor pools as well, and there are plenty of places to go eat nearby.
