Welcome to Cascade Village Resort and welcome to our beautiful one bedroom, one bathroom, luxury condominium located 2 miles North of Purgatory Ski Resort.
Cascade Village is nestled under the beautiful Needles Peaks and offers spectacular views of Engineer Mountain and the San Juan Mountains. Located just 2 miles north of Purgatory Ski Resort, 20 miles south of Silverton, and 30 miles north of Durango, Cascade Village is the perfect location for fun year round.
This luxury condominium is a perfect place to make some great family memories. The unit features a large living space, ready to cook in kitchen, and awesome views of the Engineer Mountain. WI-FI is included!

o PLEASE NOTE:
• As with all properties in the area, Cascade Village condos do not have AC. The daytime highs are rarely above 80 and the lows are in the 40s all summer long. Pro Tip: Open the windows as soon as the sun goes down in the evenings. Then close Windows and Blinds first thing in the morning to lock in the cool mountain air.
• Due to HOA rules, all units at Cascade Village are NOT pet friendly. Also, trailer parking is not allowed.

Amazing stay at a great Condo. The complex is well maintained and the grounds are beautiful. A stones throw away from many great day hikes. Beautiful scenery right outside the window!

Condo was continent for all our activities and staff was friendly when we needed assistance checking in. Only thing I would recommend is replacing the iron and ironing board cover. The iron turned itself off in the middle of my using it. The ironing board cover does not stay on the board at all when using it. This makes it a safety issue if the iron and cover were to fall off together, and extremely difficult to iron belongings. Everything else was fine.

This condo is perfect! The layout, the location, the view, the comfort! It’s all you could want in a relaxing mountain vacation! The full kitchen was so nice for preparing meals. The bed was SO comfortable! The mountain view is the most beautiful thing ever! Check-in was so convenient with the keyless / code entry. I will never forget this stay! What a peaceful time here!
