There are 2 window AC units - one in the living room and one in the back bedroom. 📢 Reminders About the Property -Please review the sleeping arrangements prior to booking. -Please keep all trash secure in the bins. Do not leave any trash out overnight for your safety and the surrounding active wildlife in the city's area. -We do not have onsite maintenance or cleaning unlike hotels but all requests will be taken care of ASAP. 📢 Locations of All Security Cameras 1. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited. 📢 Non-Refundable Damage Deposit Waiver -Instead of charging a security deposit, we charge a non-refundable damage waiver fee (See Rental Agreement for a detailed breakdown of our guest fees) that covers up to $2,500 for damage to real or personal property of the vacation rental property as a result of your acts or omissions. Please see house rules or the rental property agreement when you book for more information about how the damage waiver works. Because the damage waver fee is Non-Refundable; If a Guest changes properties for any reason they may be charged a new damage waver fee for the new property at the discretion of the property Manager.
