Across the road from the beach and playground, comfortable two-bedroom upstairs Papamoa Beach holiday unit for up to 4 guest, with WIFI and a Smart TV. (Bottom unit permanently tenanted) Could accommodate a 5th person on a rollaway bed. Newly installed new high pressure water cylinder so great water pressure for showering. Open-plan living, all the basics you need for a relaxed stay, BBQ, large north facing deck and fully fenced court yard with plenty of room to relax. Papamoa Beach is just across the road, which is patrolled during the summer, spend your days in the sun and surf, and strolling along the white sandy beach. Two minute stroll to the local shops and cafes for your daily coffee or glass or two. Papamoa Plaza 6km away, Bayfair Shopping Centre 13km away, main Mount Maunganui 19km away. Drive or take the bus as the Bus stop is literally at your door step Bedroom 1 is fitted with a queen bed, bedroom 2 is fitted with 1 king single and 1 single bed. New carpet and drapes fitted throughout November 2021. Bathroom has a separate shower and bath and a separate toilet. Off street parking available on own driveway. All linen provided, just bring your clothes.

Needed a place to stay for the weekend in tauranga to watch my daughter play at the condour 7s and this place was available. Just perfect for us very clean and tidy real close to the beach away from the busy area in mt maunganui and only 20mins drive to the fields the games were held. Would definitely stay here again when we are back in tauranga.

The property was lovely and tidy thankfully the bed was super comfortable. I have a really bad back issue so the bed is always a concern when I travel. I always take my own pillow as well so overall a lovely week the only thing that did bug me was the traffic volume but then you can't have everything.

This property has been decorated and is located on the top story of a house. It has everything you need, kind of like a house away from home. The beds were comfy and linen really nice and new. I would definitely not hesitate to recommend this house to others.

We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the whole place and delighted with the extras provided- beach towels, bathroom products, nespresso pods, streaming site access and much more. Beds were very comfy, shower was great and the kitchen facilities were everything we needed and more. It was an even lovelier bach and location than we expected! The view from the deck is wonderful and we spent many meal times enjoying the view of the sea. In total there was nothing that we were disappointed with! Thank you so much Sonya and Graham for providing us with the perfect home for my mum and I to have a wee getaway. We are very grateful for the memories you helped us to create with the home you provided :)

Really enjoyed our stay at your unit, we wanted to leave a note for yous but had no pen. We loved how it just feels like home & that the beach is just across the road. Really loved it & would like to book again in the future.

Very enjoyable stay. Really good communication from Sonya and the check was easy. The place is very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Good wifi, TV has streaming services and the shower has been fixed. Would stay again.

Lovely house, super clean. Shower was disappointing, dribbled out and then scalding hot. Ok if you are happy to have a bath. Shame as rest of house is perfect.

The outside property is in need of some maintenance. But once inside it’s really lovely. Very homely. Had everything you need. Tons of towels and extra blankets. The beds were so comfortable and also amazing pillows. The shower was either boiling hot or just a dribble at the right temperature. But for just a few nights it was fine. All the gardens are being dug up, we had a couple of cockroaches on our first night inside. Would stay there again

The unit is well positioned. But it is very worn house. The shower water pressure was terrible. You either were scalded with enough water or had virtually none at a reasonable temperature.

Comfortable, cosy place in a great location. Four Square, cafes and restaurants just a couple of minutes walk away, and the beach is just over the road. We had a great stay here and would definitely book again.

Very nice small place. Very clean. Did not like the stairs leading up to the place, slippery when wet. Also the shower water pressure was very very poor- only had one setting, which was hot. No problems otherwise, cheers.

Excellent location. Bach was very clean and beds very comfy. It would benefit from some repairs and maintenance and improved shower pressure. However, enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

A property that excelled at the important part. Great beds, spotlessly clean and wonderful location close to beach and playgrounds. Kitchen and bathroom was in an older decorative style but completely functional and clean. Shower pressure was low but standard for water system of the era it was built. Very satisfied and would happily recommend it to anyone
