About this house rental

Situated in Kalbarri, this charming house for $194 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Please call us if your dates cross over between low and high season for the correct rates. **STRICTLY NO PETS ALLOWED** 5 Night Minimum in Low Season 7 Night Minimum in High Season Bluff Heights is a beautiful home that would suit a few couples wanting to experience a getaway to relax and unwind without leaving the property.  A great adults only retreat has stairs and a balcony. NO child gates. This home has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Outside patio with BBQ area, upstairs small balcony, garage and plenty of parking with a huge backyard with various trees and shrubs.  Downstairs - From the entrance you enter the air conditioned lounge area with a White leather sofa and large TV. This flows through to the open plan dining and kitchen area all with views. The well stocked kitchen has a gas stove top with electric oven, dishwasher, microwave and fridge.  The hallway leads through to three bedrooms, two queen size beds in two rooms, and two single beds in the other. Two bathrooms with shower and toilet, and the laundry with auto washing machine. Upstairs - Is the air conditioned  master bedroom with a Queen size bed, walk-in robe and separate bathroom with huge spa bath with shower and toilet. There is a smaller separate lounge area with sink and small bar fridge that leads onto the small balcony to sit and enjoy that view. Has a second fridge and clothes dryer in the garage for use as well. The front has a circular driveway for easy access to the garage for parking. Can fit a boat as well. Situated in a very quiet street where you will no doubt see a few Kangaroos and emus wandering by.  Our properties are not serviced please bring your own toilet paper and consumables, thank you. PLEASE NOTE: 1. If you are having difficulty booking the dates you require or the price generated seems incorrect please call Kalbarri Accommodation Service and one of our reservation consultants will be happy to assist you. 2. Linen and towels ARE provided at this property. Please bring your own beach towels. 3 This is NOT a Pet Friendly property.  4. ALL our properties are fully self contained. 5. NONE of our properties are serviced. 6. Consumables i.e. soap, toilet paper, tea, coffee, sugar, sauces etc are NOT provided however you can purchase them from IGA in town. 7. NO smoking inside our properties. 8. No Schoolies Accepted Age 21 + Kalbarri is blessed with a unique environment and it wont take too long to see this for yourself with clean, safe river beaches, ocean side beaches boasting amazing rock pools and world renowned Jacques Point which has left point surf break for the avid surfers. Towering coastal sandstone cliffs bordering coastal reef fringes make great viewing platforms for the frequently visiting whales and dolphins. Our magical National Park Gorges now with 2 sky walks and with the Murchison River being a backdrop will keep every member of the family occupied. Kalbarri now has a new cycle/walk path that runs the length of the town foreshore and passes the newly completed, awesome environmentally friendly huge pirate playground. Kalbarri offers you activities such as canoeing, fishing, charters, crabbing, sailing, wind surfing, 4 wheel driving, quad bike riding, snorkeling, swimming, hiking, bird-watching, photography, golf, bowls, scenic flights, shopping, wildflowers just to name a few. So take an organised tour or use your own transport, go by boat, take a scenic flight, trek the cliff tops, abseil down them, cycle to the lookouts or just relax the choice is yours. Kalbarri has: - bakeries, butcher, IGA, three fuel stations, post office, tavern, pub, bottle shops, restaurants, fashion boutiques, surf shops, chemist, bank agencies, coffee shops, hairdresser, beauty salon, fish and chip shops, sports oval, skate park and much more.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It is really good for my big family. Separate bedroom and bath on upper stair, another two bathrooms o ground floor. Just one thing I disappointed is no wifi service. But I really want to recon this house to 2 families and more.

We are repeated guests and hopefully will return soon. Highly recommended!

Good stay overall with amazing views. Kitchen needs a free more amenities including champagne glasses and a coffee machine. Water filter and extra fridges was appreciated.

Well suited to 2 families staying, however single beds or bunks in the upstairs study would allow 2 separate zones for 2 families comfortably sharing the house, which I think would be common. Well stocked with everything you need, internet access would be a bonus
