The flat : Located on the first floor with lift, the accommodation is composed as follows: Day area: - A beautiful living room with double sofa bed, TV, dining table that can accommodate up to 6 people. - A modern and fully equipped open kitchen: fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, washing machine, etc... - A large terrace of 36 m² facing south with a breathtaking view of the village of Monticello. It is equipped with a gas plancha, two chiliennes, a large orientable parasol, garden furniture and a table for lunch in the sun!
