This was a perfect house for a family for a holiday weekend! It was great being so close to downtown, they had the house decorated for Christmas so that was wonderful!! Really enjoyed our stay!!

This was the first time we rented a house. We are Grandparents and we rented it for the family for Christmas. We had a great time. The house was clean, comfy and decorated nicely for Christmas. The tree was great. We had everything we needed. We would stay again.

This home was wonderful! Our host did a great job with this home in Coeur D'Alene. It was clean and comfortable. Plus, I could easily walk to downtown, if I wasn't in the mood to drive. The home had everything that you needed and if you wanted something more, the store was only a few blocks away. Our host was also easily accessible if I had a question. There was just two of us and our girls...two Scottish, so the home was very spacious. The yard was ideal for the girls and because the weather was stellar, we enjoyed morning coffee and evening cocktails on the back patio. Conveniently located...short drive to the Resort, waterfront, restaurants. Overall a good value...would stay again.

Plenty of seating for a movie and a nice big table with chairs for playing games! The host was very friendly and easy to communicate with. Definitely would recommend!

We very much enjoyed our time in Coeur D'Alene in this house! There were three adults and three kids and we fit in this house just perfectly. The kitchen was well stocked, there were lots of towels and extra toiletries in the bathrooms, and fun outdoor games in the backyard!
We were about a mile from the lake, which we walked to one morning. But if you wanted to drive into downtown or drive up to Silverwood, those are both easily accessible too!
Leevi was quick to respond to the few questions we had was very friendly and helpful. Overall great experience and we'd stay there again!

The layout of the home is perfect for families. We picked it because of the fenced yard for our dog during our road trip to the mid west. The location of the home is great only 25 min to Silverwood and minutes to downtown. Plenty of restaurants close enough to walk to. There are even bikes to use and great yard games. We had a great stay and look forward to coming back again.

Great house in a central location!
We very much enjoyed our time in Coeur D'Alene in this house! There were three adults and three kids and we fit in this house just perfectly. The kitchen was well stocked, there were lots of towels and extra toiletries in the bathrooms, and fun outdoor games in the backyard!
We were about a mile from the lake, which we walked to one morning. But if you wanted to drive into downtown or drive up to Silverwood, those are both easily accessible too!

Our family of six really enjoyed our stay at this property. The location for us was fantastic as it is only a few minutes away from Pilgrims Market (which is amazing if you like to eat healthy) and close enough to get to downtown quickly. The house itself was very clean and cozy with lots of nice touches that show the host has a gift of hospitality. Our four kids loved having the basement to themselves and it was a great place to wind down as a family at the end of the day. The fire pit outside was lovely as the weather ended up being a little cooler than we expected while we were there, and the fenced in yard was perfect for our little pup to run around. We also really appreciated that Leevi went out of his way to make sure there were good working bikes available for us to use while we were there. We had a lot of fun riding the trails as a family (we brought bikes for our kids with us) and we really appreciated this extra touch! Our only feedback for how to improve the rental home would be to upgrade the blinds at some point (for those of us not used to dawn happening at 4am!). A couple of the windows did not have coverings and the bathroom was missing a couple of panels, but I'm confident that if it was a big enough issue for us that we could have called Leevi and he would have taken care of it right away. For us it wasn't a big enough issue as we just threw a towel over the bathroom window and moved on with our life. Overall it was a great stay and we definitely hope to come back to this property again soon!

Our family absolutely loved staying in this home. Had everything we needed and more. Was so awesome to be able to make the kiddos pancakes in the morning after we got in late and hadn't been able to get to a store. Very clean property in a great location. We will definitely stay again when we are back in the are.

Repeat rental
We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Idaho. The house was clean, welcoming, close to town, and full of extras to make their guests feel at home abs special. All four of my siblings are already planning to stay again on future trips. I have recommended this VRBO to everyone I know. Thanks for a perfect sibling weekend!!!

Perfect place for the family and our puppy
We were in town for a visit to see our college daughter and loves the place as a base to have the family. We enjoyed it all and the puppy even had a spot. Leevi has everything you would need and more. We stay in a half dozen VRBO a year and this has to be the best outfitted we have ever seen. Loved the place and may have to come back to CDA to do more and this place will be on the list too.

The fenced yard off the side door is a decent size for pets, including our small dogs. Off street parking carport large enough for two vehicles and included a motion sensor light. Thoughful Details
This is a very nice and clean house in a great location. The neighborhood was quiet, but had amenities close by.
The best part was the little details that you never think about until you need them.
We walked in to fresh fruit and some snacks in the kitchen. We had not thought about how hungry we were and how amazing fresh fruit tastes after a day of takeout on the road.
I am sure there are more luxurious places in better locations for tourists, but this was exactly what we needed and we will always keep this house at the top of our mind when we visit the area again.
