Tons of windows flood the space with natural light, and all the modern furnishings blend seamlessly with the area, from the velvet sectional in front of the wood-burning fireplace to the sleek mid-century dining chairs and live edge table, with seating for guests. Around the corner, there's another dining table and a group of leather club chairs gathered in a circle, just begging for a great conversation over a bottle of wine. There's an additional sleeping loft with a play area for the kids featuring a rocket ship playhouse and a twin bed with a trundle. You'll find a game table and chairs up a spiral staircase, perfect for a late-night card game and another TV. The house is really spacious and laid out well for a big group. We had 10 people and had plenty of space and lots of places to hang out. The sauna and fireplace were super nice and the beds were comfortable. What I didn't like is working with Vacasa. They emailed us a few days before to let us know what the hot tub was broken and wouldn't be fixed in time for our stay, which was disappointing. It took days for them to respond to my customer service request to be rebooked to a different property or at least get a refund because the amenities are why we booked this particular location. Then they tried to gaslight me into thinking the hot tub wasn't included in the listing because it wasn't listed under amenities, which is ridiculous because it was listed when I booked in August and also is in all the photos. Every message had to be routed to their local team through a main customer service phone number. All in all, after a week of communicating with them we got less than 10% back in a refund. Overall, great house but not booking with Vacasa again.

We were a group of family and friends with little ones getting together for a long weekend away to celebrate my father’s 60th birthday. The house is extremely spacious with plenty of room for large groups. We had little ones with us who absolutley lived the large house. Having a high chair and a pack and play there already was very helpful. The set up of the house is extremely nice. If upstairs in your bedroom, it was very quiet while others are downstairs talking and enjoying themselves. The house is only a few minutes away to a great country store, Jay Peak for skiing/snowboarding and the indoor waterpark! A perfect situated house. We had brought keurig cups knowing that there was a keurig coffee machine there. Unfortunately the keurig did not work so we had to go out to get ground coffee for our mornings. Very minimal issue, just be prepared to use the ground coffee machine instead. We did enjoy the hot tub but it was a little dirty… nothing too bad. The backyard porch lights turned on but the lamp posts did not so we did walk in the dark to go see the fire pit area. Again, a very minimal issue. Overall this house was absolutely amazing!! My family enjoyed ourselves and do look forward to perhaps staying again in the future.

Great spacious place with plenty of comfy bedrooms and fun features. A few surprise visitors (mice) which is not a big deal - but it would be best to warn us in advance to plan to store/seal food away the first night to avoid issues. Otherwise well equipped and great location near Jay Peak.

The house was centrally located to many communities and big enough for multiple people with plenty of space for everyone.

Overall we loved our stay at this house and the location of our trip. The house was absolutely beautiful and the view of jay peak was a plus. The only cons we found with this house are that the pots and pans dont accommodate the amount of people the house can hold. The biggest con of all if you are looking at this for a summer rental or enjoy sleeping in the cold is that there is only AC on the first floor. Everyone found it extremely hot to sleep at night and struggled with that. I definitely recommend bringing a fan. It was so peaceful being so far in the woods away from everything but still found lots to do. We went to Jay peak, Big Falls State Park, and even found a fishing spot nearby. Taking a small trip to Newport to eat by the lake was nice too. Despite the small problems we faced they werent enough to keep us from going again. We loved this trip.
