Property was nice. It was a little hot and had to use additional fans along with the air conditioning. Other than the heat the stay was great.

This property is the pits! Uncomfortable beds, cold downstairs, hot upstairs, enclosed sunroom has a tiny window unit that doesn’t cool area. Two tiny TVs that don’t really work. No outdoor furniture, charcoal grill rusted out. Uncomfortable seating, very very dated and horrendous decor, poor water pressure.

Reviewer Comments: The house was a convenient walk to the beach and had everything we needed. Even though the listing had an absurd number of things under “amenities,” there were various beach items available for our use that we didn’t expect: sand toys, boogie boards, bikes, chairs, etc. There was no check-in package or information other than a sheet of rules on the fridge – not sure if that’s typical. Figuring out how to connect to wifi was a DIY process, but it worked once we looked at the bottom of the router.Some quirks of the house that might or might not fall under the individual owner’s decorating style: The upstairs bedroom seemed like it would be the primary one, but it had a less comfortable mattress than the smaller of the downstairs bedrooms (which might be the place to sleep if you don’t want to get up early, since it also has no windows – but beware of the falling light fixture and exposed wires in its closet). The upstairs bathroom window blinds didn’t lower far enough to do their job, and the downstairs bedroom windows had sheers but no blinds. Several electrical outlets were worn out and wouldn’t hold plugs; the sunroom’s window A/C outlet was so loose that the unit went off and back on when the cord was jiggled. The kitchen was well-equipped except for measuring spoons. The downstairs bathroom door and outside shower door wouldn’t latch. Water pressure was minimal. The half bath had an exhaust fan, but the full bath didn’t. I was alarmed when I first used the half bath exhaust fan, which featured a flashing red light instead of a normal bulb. Several downstairs light fixtures were just bare bulbs.
