Aloha. Welcome to Maui Vista #3110. Just bring your Aloha spirit and we'll provide all the rest. This ground floor 1 bed/1 bath (584 sq. ft.) unit in Building #3 provides easy access to the pool, bbq and tennis courts. Ground floor units provide extra spacious lanais where you can quietly enjoy your meals, enjoy a book and beverage, and just be in Maui. Maui Vista is a solid concrete building, so you won't have to worry about any noise from upstairs. The Maui Vista condo complex is located directly across the street from the world famous Charley Young beach. From the front door of the unit, it is a 1/4 mile (roughly 5 minute walk) to the entrance of Charley Young beach. Being in the back of the Maui Vista complex it is quieter than being in Building #1 in the front of the complex. The unit comes with a beach cart to haul all your beach gear. Or if you so chose, can drive the 1/4 mile to the Charley Young Beach parking lot directly across from the complex.

Such a good location if you are planning on a beach vacation! 5 minute walk to a beautiful beach where we spent most of our time.

Very comfortable, ground floor condo, close to one of our favorite beaches.
We had an issue with the air conditioning unit, and the owner responded quickly to our concerns. He was out within a couple of hours to assess the issue and had the unit replaced the next day. He was very personable and genuinely concerned about our comfort, which we greatly appreciated!

Great location, easy in and out access! Perfect spot to get ready for the adventure of the day and head out again for the evening! Comfortable, clean and all the things you need for your beach escape!

We had a great visit! The condo was very clean and communication with the host was very easy.
We appreciated having all the beach accessories that we needed (towels, cooler, chairs, umbrella, wagon) to have a worry free day, enjoying all the beaches. We spent the week exploring all the island has to offer, and loved having a clean, comfortable condo to come back to each night!

We really enjoyed our stay. It is very well located in a beautiful, quiet & well maintained area just a few minutes from the beautiful Charley Beach.
The condo was very clean and well equipped.
We ended up not using air conditioning has my son has severe mold allergies and we were not sure it had been recently cleaned but never once the apartment was too hot. There is a beautiful breeze when windows are opened.
Overall an amazing experience.

Nice clean condo stocked with everything you need for a quick get away. We are from Oahu and island hopped to Maui - it was great to have some of our standard beach gear ready to go for us to enjoy Maui. The kitchen was clean and functional, and let our allergy family enjoy worry free food. I took the bedroom and my teen son took the foldaway bed in the couch and we were perfectly comfortable. Communication with the owner was great and easy. We will definitely come back!

We had a wonderful stay! Super happy with the location being right across from Charley Young beach and within walking distance to shops and places to eat. We also cooked a few meals and had everything we needed to do so. It was so helpful to have beach towels/umbrella/chairs/cooler available too. Would definitely stay again.

I love that the host communicated with me prior to my stay regarding timing of check-in and a minor delay. The unit had everything we needed for our trips to the beach. The patio was right next to the pool which we loved for our kids.

Unit was exactly as advertised and as shown in the photos. Really didn't need anything. The Lanai is perfect for happy hour with other guest staying on the property in other suites. Even though this place is a bit dated like most suites in Kihei, this owner takes pride in cleanliness and looking after it. Appreciated the pool being so close, the new BBQ in the common area and the direct access to the beach. Would definitely stay again. Well stocked. Thanks Michael. Mahalo.

This is the second time that we have stayed at Maui Vista but the first at this condo unit. The location is within easy walking distance to the beach, restaurants and bars. Our unit was as described and met all of our needs. We would stay there again.

Great place, location is walkable to beaches and shops/restaurants, plenty of great beach stuff and comfy couch and living room set up!! Didn’t use the kitchen much but seemed well stocked! Excellent communication with host. Would def return here again!

The condo was perfectly accommodating for two of us, and the location was central to everything on the island. The local beaches were ideal, and we loved the ambience of Kihei and the fun places to eat. From Kihei, we did travel to the far reaches of Maui, but the trips were all more than worth it.

Despite the challenges the previous tenants left behind, Michael tried to ensure we would enjoy our stay being responsive and helpful. The location is amazing, walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. And with all the amenities, we could venture off and explore the island prepared or just stay in and enjoy the pool and tennis courts.

The communication between the property manager and me was great. The location was great, just a short walk to the beach and a little longer of a walk to coffee shops and food shops. But not far at all. AC worked great. Plenty of fans to keep the back rooms cool. Anything you would need for the beach day was provided. The shower water pressure was great. We really enjoyed making our own meals in the kitchen. Everything was great! Would come back to this place in a heartbeat.

We’ve stayed in other units at Maui Vista and this was our favorite. The unit was clean and well had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was super convenient. We didn’t even need to rent a car as pretty much everything we needed was walkable and the bus was convenient for longer trips. Thanks for a wonderful stay and thank you also for accommodating a later check-out. We had a wonderful trip and can’t wait to go again.
