About this house rental
This house has it all - brand new amenities, old school charm, and perhaps the best patio/view in all of Pinetop. Eighteen-foot vaulted ceilings with exposed beams adorn most of the house and each bedroom creating a cabin experience that is authentic but in a modern way. Two separate entertaining spaces each with a fireplace, separated by an enormous and gorgeous barn door, allows for kids and adults to have separate spaces and quiet moments.
All bathrooms have been completely redone and the master bath has a brand new walk-in shower that is to die for.
The main living area has a dining table that seats 6, an electronic keyboard, and a massive fireplace with an 18-foot cinder rock chimney. The bonus room seats thirteen and has a walk-up bar, complete with shaker roof.
The kitchen is spacious, open, and has all brand new state-of-the-art appliances. Prep space abounds and its open floor plan allows for a gorgeous view and access to the rest of the party.
The best part of the house is the wall of windows that is the back of the house. You will feel as if nothing is separating you from the outdoors.
This house is located on a cul-de-sac and has an enormous backyard with a secluded feel. Sit on the 60 foot covered patio, warm up by the fire table, and enjoy your INCREDIBLE view of the golf course and forest.
Did we mention you have your very own crow's nest that has a 360-degree view? It's a perfect place for you to get some work done or let the kids play.
You will always be comfortable with our brand new A/C and heat pump.
The outdoor living space is second to none and has a view like none other. There are no visible neighbors and you can enjoy peace, solitude, and a golf course view.
Walk to golf, two minutes to restaurants, four minutes to the casino, thirty minutes to ski, but you won't want to leave home after you see all that it has to offer.
