When I arrived at the property, I discovered that there was no running water, despite the host claiming that there was a 600 gallon water tank on the property. Completely unacceptable. The host then lied to me about just filling the water tank (it was completely empty) and sent someone to bring water, but we still had to wait for a repairman to fix the motor. It was extremely frustrating to be without water, particularly as the property was a beach home and we were unable to shower or use the toilets. We had to fill toilets with pool water in order to flush. My family was forced to Bath in the nude out back as best as possible. We tried to deal as best as we could considering we didn’t want to ruin our kids spring break. The refrigerator was broken before we even arrived. We didn’t realize it till the next day when our milk was spoiled and we heard the bells of the refrigerator ringing all night. They blamed us for this being broken and are trying to bill $800. Can you believe no running water for days unable to shower no refrigerator and you want to bill me $800. 😯 The most unprofessional part of this stay, is that the host is stating we left the property in a very dirty state. THE BIGGEST LIE they took our towels and female feminine products and STAGED a mess!! Yes she did that. No one in their right mind would leave feminine products in the middle of a dining table. They put it there!! Also there are about 15 to 20 stray cats LIVING at this property.

All was very beautiful and nice will return again in the future .

The place was amazing we had an issue with the pool the first day in a half but it was rectified. The house is Close by supermarkets as well as all stores. The views was awesome and 20 mins in either direction is waterfalls or crash boat beach will recommend to anyone looking for a great place and I will come visit again
