Walk down to the beach, or hang out on the lanai, playing ping pong or use the semi private pool located just steps from the back stairs. All three bedrooms feature king beds, two bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. There is a pull out sleeper sofa in the nook area adjacent to the kitchen. With a spacious two car garage, parking is not a problem. It is stocked with beachcbairs, a beach cart and beach umbrella for use at the beach. This home has multiple verandas, a Florida room located on the second floor, with a screen in lanai in the downstairs, behind the garage. The Florida room has a cozy fire place, and outdoor seating and dining area. The back screened in lanai features a ping pong table and another sitting outdoor area. “You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.
