Summary: This cozy condo is tucked within a privately owned triplex, only 2 blocks from the beach and a public boat ramp off Green Road. You can enjoy the Atlantic Ocean sunrises and watch breathtaking sunsets from the Intracoastal Waterway side. The condo is the ideal vacation home for multiple adults traveling together or for a couple with children. Located just south of historic downtown St Augustine and close to everything St Augustine has to offer, you'll be glad you choose to stay at our condo. The Space: The master suite is wonderfully decorated and features a luxurious queen size bed, flat screen TV and a large closet, you can bring anything you like and have plenty of room for it all. The second bedroom has a trundle with two twin beds and the third bedroom upstairs has another queen bed. Downstairs you will find a living room, a half bath and a large updated kitchen. Our kitchen is ready to be useful, equipped with stainless steel appliances, and includes a microwave, coffee maker, blender and everything you could possibly need. Even if cooking is a very low priority for you this vacation, fill up the fridge and pantry with food and drinks or just head to the beach and order out. The choice is all yours. Guest Access: Our triplex is privately owned and parking is free, we only ask you bring 2 cars for your stay. Please park along the fence and the sign that states Endless Summer Parking hanging on the fence itself. The Neighborhood: Our quiet little neighborhood sits right off A1A just a five minute walk to the beach and public boat ramp. Other Things to Note: We love Florida living and all that comes with it, even the wildlife. Guests should keep in mind we share our environment with a variety of wildlife here in Florida including insects, reptiles, birds, and more. While we do have regular pest control, you may see some of these friends during your stay. Keeping doors & windows closed and food stored & sealed properly ensures a little lizard or other friends won't come in. Interaction with Guests: We live locally and are available via phone 24/7 if you should have any questions during your stay.
