Cottage 107A is the perfect place for a small family or a couples’ getaway on Anna Maria Island! One of the charming Anna Maria Beach Cottages, recently updated 1 bed/1 bath second-floor vacation home overlooking the beautiful pool deck and is just a few minutes walk to the white Gulf sands.
This unit was lovingly redecorated to compliment and highlight the beautifully restored original heart of pine wood floors and the original cypress wood ceilings and walls to complete the modern beach cottage look. Main features include a balcony with outdoor dining, a full kitchen, a cozy living room, and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Enjoy meals al fresco on the deck surrounded by green palms and a blue sky overhead. Or curl up with a book in the nook of the bright entry porch.
The master suite features a queen bed and spacious ensuite bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The overstuffed sofa in the living room isn’t just for sinking into after a long day of sun and sand, it’s also a sleeper sofa, providing sleeping space for two more guests.
You’ll also have access to all the amenities the Anna Maria Beach Cottages has to offer, including a heated pool with a lounge area, assorted beach gear, bikes, grilling area with tables, onsite shared laundry and an on-site office for area information and support during your stay. The home was pretty equipped and comfortable very cozy, it was a very short walk to the beach there’s also a pool which we didn’t get the chance to enjoy and well equipped with beach accessories and bikes, I would definitely book it again.

Omg! We just left and wish we could just live here! It’s just the most perfect location. It had everything we needed. Had a good cart delivered and piddled around the island all day. Walked from our place to the beach each morning with a coffee and again at night with a cocktail and watched the sunset. Pool was a nice touch. Bed was good, kitchen had everything we needed. Grill area was sweet. Not pretentious, just functional for a great price! Cute! Thanks Francine for the great restaurant recs!

The location is just perfect. 3 houses from the beach on a quiet street and easy walk to shops and restaurants which we loved. The reason for a lower rating is the bed and furniture-- its so broken down and uncomfortable it took a lot away from our stay. Just invest in a decent mattress and a new coach and this is place is really great.
