Fully renovated in 2021, this four bedroom, four bathroom home on Lake Keowee is the escape you’ve been looking for! Over 3000 sf of lake life at its finest. Home has private driveway, private covered dock, and is literally ON the water (10-20' setbacks). Just 15 minutes to Clemson’s campus, and just two miles to quick shopping in West Union (Ingles, Starbucks, etc), or ten minutes to Seneca for everything else! Home is at the height of modern luxury with custom finishes throughout. Fully repainted exterior, as well! Property includes kayaks and canoes for your pleasure. Bring your boat and tie up alongside our dock. Enjoy swimming off the dock in with our 10+ feet of depth. Dock accommodates one watercraft if you bring one. Trailer parking counts as a vehicle in our four vehicle accommodation allowance. We have been VRBO hosts since 2012, five star across the board. We sold our former property and renovated this one to do it all over again. We work often from this house, and the private wifi can handle a Zoom/Teams call without issue. We also stream our TV without any issues.

The house is located off of a nice quiet part of the lake. It is spacious and great for hanging out with family and friends. Close enough to commute to Clemson if desired. Lower level that is perfect for playing games like ping pong. We had a relaxing weekend here!

We enjoyed our stay at the house. Plenty of room lots to do. The kayaks and ping pong were great !
The lake is clean and we loved swimming in it with our dogs !

Loved the house, dock and all the floats , kayaks, fishing poles. Grandchildren loved being on the lake as did adults. We had a pontoon boat and enjoyed coming and going. The kitchen was great, also decks and porches. Room for children was fabulous . We swam, floated, went kayaking, I walked, used grill & kitchen. Children enjoyed game room.

A wonderful home with perfect layout for family togetherness but also spacious bedrooms for quiet time. The house is beautifully decorated and has tons of supplies and lake toys for guest use. The gentle slope towards the dock made it easy for older members of our family to enjoy the water as well. Great fishing for those interested. My youngest caught a fish about every 4 minutes. I’m afraid this dock has set him up for way too high of expectations for future fishing endeavors. Wonderful house and host! You can’t go wrong with renting this home.

We had an amazing time! This home was perfect in everyway. It was clean, well layout, plenty of linens and kitchen tools. The ping pong table was a great activity for our entire family! The lake was absolutely gorgeous and so peaceful! The host was friendly and easy to communicate with.

We had a great Christmas celebration on Lake Keowee! The house was large enough for our group of 7. Everything is modern, clean, and well laid out. The host was responsive, friendly, and helpful.

We stayed here 2 weekends in a row for Clemson games. It is a great house to stay in with kids & teens. The view out of the kitchen/sun room is a beautiful backdrop for your morning coffee.

We loved our stay at this property! Mary, the owner, was very communicative and had great follow through. The house is spacious and perfectly suited for several couples or families. Kids will love the downstairs hang out/game area! It was a quick trip to Clemson for a football weekend and it would be a great place for a full lake weekend as well. We will return! Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay. The home is fully renovated and was beautiful. It is situated right on the lake and we really loved being there. The owner was great at responding to us with any questions and was so helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a blast. The house is GORGEOUS- so modern and looks brand new on the inside. Gorgeous setting. Very clean. Paddle boards and kayaks to use which were a blast and for our Bernedoodle who had so much fun riding in the Kayak and board with kids. It was perfect. Our phone number didn’t work on the keypad when we got there but thankfully, a window was open and one of our boys climbed in and our vacation was perfect after that! Thank you and we will definitely be back. It was a great way to celebrate my sons 16th birthday

We enjoyed our stay! The lake is beautiful. The house was perfect for our needs. My husband and I took our elderly parents and teenaged boys for a last minute getaway. Everyone had plenty of room to spread out, and our parents were able to navigate the house with no problems. We had a great time.

Mary’s house worked out great for our stay at the lake. We had guests come and go and were able to accommodate everyone (including some 4 legged family members). There was plenty of space, kitchen was great for meals at the house. Our friends brought their boat and Mary was able to guide us to the boat ramp and we were able to store the trailer right at the house. Wifi worked well for our daughter who needed to do some work while there. Totally enjoyed our stay!

Group of friends stay here for our fantasy football draft weekend. Plenty of space for everyone to eat, play video games, chill and play cards and sleep. Great house overall.

The Home was beautiful and cozy. We had plenty of room for 9 people. The fact that the home was further back in a cove was not as pleasing. The water wasn’t as clean and debris was floating around. Water depth at dock was around 8’ so no problem with docking and we had enough room to dock 2 boats and a jet ski. The driveway was a little tricky. Narrow and steep, but we had enough room for our vehicles and trailers.( With some finagling) All in All a good stay and Mary was very responsive.

I absolutely loved the house it was a wonderful remodel and I would definitely love to stay here again. We enjoyed the area of the lake also. The only thing that I have negative to say is that the parking was not adequate for vehicles and boats and/or trailer parking. One of the neighbor was very unpleasant especially when he drove up and informed us that we parked our boat trailer on his property. Other than the unpleasant neighbor, I absolutely loved the home.

Beautiful lake house with some details that I think, need to be fixed before list it for rent.
Unfortunately we had a few remarks to do:
- we found dishes, forks, knifes and glasses dirty. The owner tried to help us but we finally had to clean all the dishes and glasses before using them.
- NO hangers on the closets so we left the clothes on the luggage during our stay.
- Fan and exterior lights on the outside gallery are not working so we can not spend anytime in this area.
- In regard of the location, the view is amazing but sometimes there are not too much water in this area and we got stucked on the middle of the canal.
- The rental price per night is extremely high.
Unfortunately I will not recommend it.

Great family house!
We gifted our adult children and their families with a Christmas in July vacation and selected this house for our family getaway. The house worked perfectly! Everyone had private space, along with shared spaces, like the kitchen and deck, that were perfect for all of us. We really enjoyed our stay at this well appointed house!

Family Gathering
We travelled from Maryland and NC for family gathering. We enjoyed the accommodations that were as advertised! The outside decking was exceptional and kitchen was indeed well stocked. Owner gave us contact info for nearest marina to rent boat/jet ski as we love water activity. We were disappointed 2 single kayaks were for children vs adult. We did use 2 person kayak. Appreciate owner making them available. We couldn't get fan located downstairs to work? Downstairs mattress "squeaks". Other than these minor problems, we had a wonderful time! Owner very responsive and obviously, takes pride of their property.

Water was a perfect temperature and the no-wake cove allowed us to float around in peace and cool off. The house was amazing and the views were so fantastic I never felt the need to check under the beds for dust bunnies! There were plenty of sites to see away from the house too, such as Stumphouse Park, and any grocery stores or local restaurants were a short drive away. Paesano's is especially a wonderful hidden gem for those looking for Italian food. Would highly recommend this house to anyone looking to get away and have a great relaxing time at the lake!

Water was a perfect temperature and the no-wake cove allowed us to float around in peace and cool off. The house was amazing and the views were so fantastic I never felt the need to check under the beds for dust bunnies! There were plenty of sites to see away from the house too, such as Stumphouse Park, and any grocery stores or local restaurants were a short drive away. Paesano's is especially a wonderful hidden gem for those looking for Italian food. Would highly recommend this house to anyone looking to get away and have a great relaxing time at the lake!

Beautiful but not clean
This home is beautiful and very comfortable. The property owner was easy to communicate with. Unfortunately the home was not clean inside or outside and there were plumbing issues so it made the stay less than desirable. Would still recommend if the cleaning issue is resolved.

Don’t miss this beautiful spot
This home was beautiful. Perfect for family gathering to celebrate my 25th birthday. There was a perfect spot for everyone, even the pups. Private location right on water , with great dock for fishing , big catfish !
The owners are very easy to work with . I thank them for this beautiful weekend!

This property was located perfectly on Lake Keowee, it was quiet and scenic. We enjoyed staying on this side of the Lake as it was easy to travel to most of the Waterfall and Hiking destinations very quickly saving 15-20min if we stayed in other locations. The house was great, clean, and had everything we needed. There was great space for the kids to play and they really enjoyed the bunk room. Great stay and would recommend to others.

Great Family Trip

The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of what we needed and the furniture in the living areas was very comfortable. The separate game room downstairs was a great place for the kids to have fun while others could enjoy the quiet upstairs. We enjoyed fishing off the dock and even caught a large bass. It was so peaceful and quiet. Our stay was wonderful and we would definitely consider booking again in the future!
