This second-story property is crafted with tile floors, wood beam ceilings, and plantation shutters. Enjoy access to The Isles Resort seasonal amenities - including a tiki bar, oceanfront pool, hot tub, kiddie pool, and restaurant. When youre not frolicking in the delightful water right outside your door, play a round of golf at the dozens of courses in the area, or try your hand at surfcasting for striped bass. LIVING AREA When its time to relax, youll find a comfy sofa, two recliners, and an armchair with ottoman. A 49 flat screen TV, DVD player, and an array of books and board games provide plenty of entertainment. KITCHEN & DINING The chef of the group will appreciate a well-stocked kitchen with a full suite of all-white appliances including a side-by-side refrigerator and dishwasher. Perch at the kitchen bar with seating for six as dinner simmers. Craft a beverage at the wet bar and gather at the six-person dining table. BEDROOMS & BATHS This home comfortably sleeps 12 total in four bedrooms. Four full bathrooms are each stocked with a complimentary supply of toiletries. The master bedroom offers a king-size bed, walk-in closet, armchair, and 32 TV. The en-suite master bath has a double vanity and shower/tub combination. A second bedroom features a full-size bed, twin daybed with a twin trundle, and a 32 TV. The en-suite bath has a walk-in shower. The third bedroom includes a king-size bed, microwave, mini-fridge, and a bistro table with a chair. The en-suite bath has a shower/tub combination. The fourth bedroom has two full-size beds, a flat screen TV, and direct access to a private balcony with ocean view. The fourth bathroom features a walk-in shower. OUTDOOR AREA French doors open to the second-story deck offering wide open views of the beach and the rolling Atlantic Ocean. Combine incredible views with an al fresco meal; a teak dining table with seating for six offers the perfect platform. Grab a crisp beverage and unwind on three additional chairs. A second-story balcony is accessed via the fourth bedroom and provides partial ocean views. EXTRA AMENITIES The Isles Resort Pool & Tiki Bar amenities include a seasonal (Memorial Day to Labor day) pool, hot tub, kiddie pool, and on-site restaurant located approximately 100 yards from the property. Tandem parking is available for four vehicles (two covered and two uncovered). A washer/dryer and complimentary Wi-Fi are provided. This building has elevator access. THE LOCATION Famous for its 7 miles of beaches, Ocean Isle Beach is located at the southern end straddling the South Carolina border. Check out Shallotte River Swamp Park, a zip line and treetops ropes adventure course provide an elevated point of view. The on-site Isles Restaurant serves up a variety of tasty seafood dishes on a beachfront patio, while the Sugar Shack offers Caribbean dishes including coconut shrimp and jerk chicken. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 2. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. The living room and outdoor furniture need to be replaced. The living room furniture was threadbare and noticably dirty, as well as uncomfortable. The outdoor furniture looked unsafe although we did not have any incidents. All of the comforters need to be replaced also, they feel dirty since they are so old and faded. The management company was great, and responsive. The location is ideal. I would not stay in this unit again without the above updates.

We loved the location. Beautiful view of the ocean and very close to the beach access. The beds were comfortable and it was great having a bathroom for each bedroom. The living room furniture is in desperate need of replacing. The fabric is very stained. One of the bathrooms needs the mold above the shower taken care of. It needs a row of tile installed above the shower stall. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you need to fix a meal. The ice maker did not make ice on a regular basis (not sure what the issue was). We would stay again since the location is perfect!

The house was clean, cute, and comfortable. It could use a little updated furniture but it was perfect for us. The amenities and location to the pool, ocean, and restaurants was awesome.

The only positives were the kitchen was newer (except for the cracked tile floor) the view from the balcony was beautiful and the beach was great.

Internet out most of our stay, Vacasa was not very responsive to this issue. Also they advertised cable, but only had 5 channels. Also the unit was not very clean when we got there. We did like the closeness to beach, bed layout, and bathrooms.

The condo itself was beautiful and had a great view of the ocean. Condo had great layout, and loved that each bedroom had its own bath. Sadly it needs some attention by owner. Furniture is very dirty and many kitchen small appliances (toaster, blender) either didn't work or barely worked. Sad when family wants to make frozen drinks for vaca. But the condo itself is perfect.

Owner needs to upgrade TV/Cable as we could not get many channels unless we ran it through our son’s Xbox and then we still couldn’t get many of the popular channels. Also, the doors going onto deck need to be replaced. Unit was decorated nicely

Several things were broke or messed up. Kids shower was falling apart(fixed that so glass wouldn’t shatter on the kids) I had to reboot the poor wireless every 2-4 hours. Advertise cable for entertainment but only have 5 local channels. Mini fridge didn’t work. Called and got maintenance to come out. Nothing was fixed and turnkey resolved nothing. No communication follow up either. Not a good place for kids. Will never stay at a turnkey place again.

I had rented this unit for my two daughters, their husbands and a grand baby. We had an excellent time visiting with each other. The place had plenty of room and a well equipped kitchen.
Honestly the property looked like the pictures only I should have looked closer. There were stains on all carpets and furniture. The bathrooms had mold or build up in the showers and the shower doors were off track. It needs a fresh coat of paint and serious updating plus an exterminator!
We all left early for various reasons it was good to all be together.

Door to deck ocean side did not shut. Had to use night chain to keep one in LR shut also the showers doors had lots of black mole in frame.

The condo layout was perfect for our needs. View was outstanding! Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Overall, it was very clean, except all of the comforters were very stale/used smelling so I bought detergent and washed. It's clear the carpet/area rugs were very dirty. Our feet were dirty most of the time. The area rugs most definitely needed to be washed. Despite this, we would rent this location again.

Property description was misleading
The property description states the pool is open from May-Sep. A week prior to our trip I got an email with another description of the place that stated the pool was open from Memorial Day through labor. The rental company didn’t seem to care that the description was misleading. The inside of the place is dated and couches are dingy. The location is excellent, wish the place was updated.

We enjoyed our stay here at Ocean Isle. It was a nice condo, beautiful view. Very thankful for the ocean view and time we were able to spend on the porch looking out at the ocean. There were a few things in the condo that seemed outdated and didn’t work. (Tv in kids room didn’t work, hairdryer in y’all bath didn’t work, shelves in fridge were cracked, mini fridge didn’t work.) We did not complain or try to get in touch with the property manager regarding these because it did not affect our stay at all. Seems like a few things just need some attention. Regardless, we enjoyed our time with family. Appreciated the games, puzzles and books. Ocean Isle is beautiful and that’s where we spent our time.

Relaxing family vacation
We enjoyed our stay here at Ocean Isle. It was a nice condo, beautiful view. Very thankful for the ocean view and time we were able to spend on the porch looking out at the ocean. The place was very nice but the pool was no open as advertised. No one ever got back to me about it. I rented this place over others because of the pool so I was disappointed. I had young children with me who really wanted a pool. I think I’m more upset that no one has gotten back with me.
