After a day at the beach, get into your comfy clothes and kick back in the living area to watch a favorite movie on the flatscreen smart TV, or use the free WiFi to share favorite memories on social media! Additional perks include four smart TVs and an outdoor shower. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

We enjoyed renting out this house for our family trip! The space was perfect. The only thing I suggest, is they give you an extra roll of paper towels, a couple more dish washer pods and would have been nice to have a gate on the patio. The house was very clean and the beds were very comfortable! Would definitely rent this place again!

The house is beautiful, so modern, the decor is perfect. It perfectly for my family of 6 with plenty of more room! One of the best parts was our dog was welcome! We will definitely be staying here again! My only complaint would be that they get a better maid service. It wasn’t dirty, at all, but you could tell that whoever cleaned it rushed. That doesn’t hinder the fact that I would stay in this home again and recommend it to my family and friends! One of the best and easiest stays we’ve ever had on crystal beach!

We had such a great stay at this home! Super clean, comfy and plenty of room for our family of 10. Check in/check out was a breeze and the easy access to the beach was a definite plus. It was the perfect place for celebrating my parents 50th anniversary! Thanks for the memories "Knot 2 Crabby"!
