Located in Keystone, this charming house for $161 per night is a great choice for your next trip. This two story (plus loft) mountain home has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms sleeping 8 across 1 King bed, 1 queen bed, a twin-over-twin bunk bed, and a twin daybed with a trundle. It features vaulted ceilings and huge windows perfect for taking in the breathtaking mountain views and allowing for tons of natural light. There is both a second story balcony and a back deck with outdoor seating and private gas grill. This vacation rental has tasteful finishes throughout. The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and hardwood flooring. Plus all three bathrooms are updated. There is also a private garage to keep your vehicle out of the elements. You also get access to the Cabins in the Pines shared amenities including two hot tubs and outdoor seating just steps from your front door. With beautiful decor and wood throughout, you truly get the feel of a mountain home. When you enter the unit you will find yourself in the “mud area” which features a closet, bench, and mounted hooks for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. Head upstairs to the main level where you will find the open-concept living room, dining room and kitchen. The living area features a gas fireplace, mounted 4k smart TV and ample seating. Large windows allow for natural light to stream in and the sliding door leads out to the private balcony. On the balcony, you're treated to outdoor seating and panoramic mountain views. There is also additional outdoor seating and a new private grill on the back deck which can be accessed via the sliding door past the dining area. The updated full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features granite countertops, new stainless steel appliances and hardwood floors. The dining area seats eight and there is seating for three more at the breakfast bar. The main floor guest bathroom is just off the living area. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. Above the kitchen you will find the ladder accessed loft area which offers a twin daybed with a trundle and a mounted 4k smart TV. This area makes for the perfect hangout for the little ones! Head back down stairs and you will find the private full sized laundry on your right in the hallway closet. For your convenience, laundry detergent is provided. The master bedroom is straight ahead at the end of the lower level hallway. It features a King sized bed, set with plenty of storage, mounted 4k smart TV and en suite bathroom. The updated bathroom has a walk-in shower with tile surround and a granite countertop vanity. The first guest bedroom is just across the hall and features a queen-sized bed, window and closet. The second guest bedroom offers a twin-over-twin bunk bed. Additional sheets and blankets are in the closet. The guest bathroom on this level has a single sink, granite countertop vanity and a shower/tub combination. **Ivory White Bedding** This property has been upgraded with ivory white bedding modeled after high-end hotels and resorts. Enjoy the luxury of a soft, white-striped duvet cover with a medium thick, high quality down alternative duvet. Featuring an uncompromising and industry leading standard of cleanliness, the duvet covers are laundered after each and every guest stay. The entire bed is remade with fresh, white linens for each guest's arrival. *Please note that we have a minimum age requirement. To reserve this vacation rental, the paying guest must be 26 years of age or older. This property also requires a minimum of 2 nights to be reserved. If you reserve less than 2 nights you will be contacted and required to either lengthen your stay or cancel your reservation. Was an excellent experience from the time we arrived until check out. Was able to check in a little early and check out an hour late.
The home is gorgeous and near everything you need. Slopes, shops and restaurants within in minutes. The home has a lot steps and in the high altitude so I was a little huffy puffy, but all that did was inspire me to step up my fitness routine. I will definitely recommend 100% and hope to come back soon.

Great family ski trip with my family over New Year’s Eve. The only negatives were they had tape holding up some of the blinds and some didn’t work. The hot tub key was not in the condo when we arrived, they were good about communication but by day 4 they had to clean it and then we realized you can unlock the gate and go in. Wish someone would have shared that with us. With that being said, we only had 1 day to enjoy the hot tub which is one of the reasons I booked it being a ski vacation. We looked forward to it after a long day on the hill!

We had a wonderful time! The beds were nice & comfy and there was plenty of room for all of us. A grocery store was walking distance away which is nice for last minute needs. The garage parking was nice, we stayed during good weather but that would be really nice in the winter! Thanks for letting us enjoy your home!

The house was in a great location to trails which was perfect for us. We loved the cleanliness of the house too. Management was not fast in replying when we had a question or request. We were thankful that they compensated us when the door code to the front door didn’t work.

Wonderful condo! There was plenty of room for everyone and beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked for us to cook breakfast every morning. Light switches were a little quirky, but once we figured them out, it was fine. I knocked one star for check-in process only because door code didn't work at check-in. That was remedied with a phone call to management and the code changed. Overall, excellent place to stay!

The cabin is clean and I'll say enough room for 7 ,not 9 as it is in it's description. Location is ok but you still have a drive to go to some activities. Other then a pretty significant problem with the garage opener that got stuck and we couldn't get our car out the amenities are pretty good. Oh one more thing, the management is "mehh,, because we called the evening that the garage is not working and they send someone second day 20 min before we need it to leave and he couldn't fix it so we ended taking the Uber to our activity.For how expensive it is ,I'll say it's ,ok.

I rented this property to take a group of 4 women up for a Strategic Planning Retreat for my small business. It was perfect because we each had are own beds and the space was conducive for conversation, cooking, and working. I love that all the bedrooms are on the first floor while the living area and kitchen is all on the second floor. Its close to skiing, easy to get to from Denver, and a clean modern cozy cabin. It was just perfect!

We found the place to be exactly as advertised. It was clean and well-maintained. Our family of 7 had plenty of sleeping space and it worked well for our ski vacation. We had an incident where the in-floor heating upstairs wasn't working but we were able to stay comfortable with the fireplace while a technician was dispatched to correct the issue.

We had an overall good experience staying here. The cabin was mostly clean. The view is beautiful from any window you look out of. It is nicely decorated and very comfortable. It is spacious and the bedding and towels were fresh and clean. Management does check in with you, which I appreciated. They did bring a new tea kettle, and a roku remote since that was missing.
Cons:
1) the code to the garage door stopped working after our second day there. Luckily we were coming back from Aspen. I let management know who informed me that it’ll get fixed, but it didn’t during our one week stay.
2) Upon our arrival one of my kids found a small piece of glass imbedded in the carpet on the stairs.
3) The kitchen does come with a lot of pans to cook in but most are extremely scratched up and unsafe to use. We found one that was okayish.
4) the DVD player did not work.
Colorado is beautiful and we spent most of our time outdoors and hiking. Def worth coming here! Location is perfect!

First time in Colorado and we picked and awsome place! Very clean, no complaints! Very easy check in and check out!! Plenty of room for 5 of us! Took me a lil bit to realize but your back yard is the mountain ⛰️ awsome views! From anywhere! Very centrally located we did horseback riding in Breckenridge it was a 15-20 min. Drive one day another day we rode the train in Georgetown which was 30 min. Drive And of course the keystone resort was 5 min. Drive down the rode with plenty of restaurants and shopping, and let's not forget the Dillon lake is only 5-10 min. Drive with awsome views and hikes! Hot tubes were aswome with mountain views anywhere you turn! Gas station/grocery store is just a walk or drive down the neighborhood. Highly recommend for a Great Mountain retreat!!

AS ADVERTISED: The pictures tell a good part of the story as everything seen in the pix was just as we expected, which I don't have to tell you is nice after a long drive.
WHAT YOU DON'T SEE: The bathrooms offer a great modern feel with updated amenities and complimentary little soap/shampoo/conditioner bottles... no rusty dank potty spaces! Speaking of cozy, there was no smokey or animal odor which I'm sure was a result of whoever had the place before me, but it also speaks to the cleanliness of the space. Last but not least, there is a general grocery and liquor store LITERALLY within walking distance from the front door... HUGE BONUS!
THE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT: Honestly, nothing but good things to say about them as well. No hiccups with booking, billing, or check-in, and they were great in communicating all the way 'til the end. Thank you for everything!

My family came to Dillon to ski at Keystone. The location was about 1.5 miles from the lifts and easy to get to. We had a baby, two toddlers, and 5 adults and the place was great for everyone. There was a small backyard hill where the toddlers could play in the snow, as well as a basket on a pulley up to the loft which the kids loved. Very nice bathrooms, clean place, good kitchen. Very good overall.

The inside of the place was amazing, beautiful, clean and everything you want in your mountain getaway. Except for the fact one of the main reasons, we booked this over other properties was for the hot tub. They have two hot tubs; one hot tub was barely 89 Degrees and the other was only half full. Overall recommend the place unless you want to enjoy hot tubing after a long day of skiing
