The beds felt you were sleeping on a box spring. I messaged several times and called to try and find a new place to stay as I could not sleep there another night. I left a night early as I was getting the run around with the staff at Vacasa. I would not recommend to book with this company or property.

House was across the street from the ocean. Ocean views from patio. Great outdoor space for entertaining. Very comfortable. Pros: Proximity to ocean Plenty of towels and beach towels Outdoor patio with chairs, table and fire pit Nice size kitchen and table Comfortable beds Great people watching on bike path in front of house Cons: Main bathroom tub doesn’t drain Dirty windows/screens Drawer that doesn’t close in the kitchen Propane tank ran out in the fire pit Washer and dryer in garage not hooked up - why is it in there then? Didn’t know there was working units elsewhere until the last day Shower temperature not regulated One bathroom had a dark shower and the other bathroom had a tiny sink Broken closet door and blinds

Nice rental. Other than the couch the rental was very clean We personally felt the need to cover the sofa w/blankets and remove the toss pillows. (They need cleaning) Nicely appointed -except could use more dinner ware, we had to be sure to wash dishes every day as we don’t use paper/plastic. Also know that the laundry is shared w/upper unit- not private.

The positive thing about this house is the location, it is very close to the beach. However when we arrived the house was not clean at all. There were stains on the toilet and when I washed my hands after cleaning it, there was hair all around the sink faucet. There was a ring around the bathtub, I didn’t know if it was a stain but after cleaning it myself it was in fact a dirt ring and not a stain. The couch was covered in crumbs, stains and dog hair. There was a pile of crumbs and coffee grounds in the corner under the trash can in the kitchen. There is not a washer and dryer in the unit. The description should say laundry room at no charge. If this house was deep cleaned and the furniture was updated due to the stains it would make a huge difference.

Loved: - Location. You cannot beat the location, it is right behind beachfront property and you can hear the ocean waves from the home - Patio seating. Wonderful place to enjoy your coffee and meals with a partial view of the ocean (note there are a ton of flies outside though. Saw that the neighbors had a fly fan on their patio table which would have been useful) -Updated, well-equipped and clean kitchen -Beach towels and chairs available for use -Easy walk to grocery store and shops Did not love so much: -Loud, upstairs neighbors. You will hear every single footstep and every move they make, especially if they are partying late into the night (not everyone will comply with the noise regulations) -Small space bathrooms in the ensuite bedrooms. We also had a rogue towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door, not sure if it was used or clean as it was not folded up like the rest of the clean towels
