Three balconies, one off the living room and one off each bedroom, open onto the lagoon and community pool at this ocean-side townhome-style condo in St. Augustine Beach. The sand is a short private walk away, and the south-facing living room and primary bedroom stay bright and warm through winter and cooler in summer.
The condo runs 1,224 square feet across a two bedroom, two and a half bath layout that sleeps six. The primary bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom has two single beds, and a sofa bed in the living room rounds out the count, which suits a family with kids or two couples traveling together. Two full baths plus a half bath keep the morning moving when everyone is heading for the beach or getting ready for dinner.
The full kitchen is set up for real cooking, with a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, and a full set of cookware, dishes, and utensils. A dining table sits alongside for shared meals, card games, or spreading out a laptop. The living room is the gathering spot, with an HDTV and Wi-Fi. A private garage gives you somewhere to stash beach chairs, coolers, and bikes, and the in-unit washer and dryer handle sandy towels on longer stays.

This is our second time staying at this condo. It was in great shape and very clean, the views are amazing and the location is perfect. We will be back again. Thank you Marty.

Overall it was very good. There were a couple things that was not good like the bathroom was not finished and the baseboards were not put up. Leaving wholes soon n the drywall where coachroaches came. Stairs up and down… lots of ants, and roaches live inside the cabinets where the pots, pans, and utensils were…. We requested the house to be cleaned before arrival which they said it would however it was full of dog/cat hair all over. The house was poirly cleaned. The washing and drying machine were horribly dirty with tons of hair. There are no extra blankets, linens or pillow. So even though they have an extra bed there is nothing to cover from. Only one coffe capsule the entire house. No dishwasher sponge. No paper towel…. I believe the cleaning company is really leaving to wish on this house. The view and location id spectacular.
