Clean, cute rental - great for two couples. Close to lots of activities and entertainment.

The property is reasonably close by car to State Farm Stadium, but it certainly is not walkable. The property should not advertise a pool if the water temperature is is 50-60 degrees. That amenity is simply false advertising. They took forever to provide a WIFI code and communication was poor. The rep would not answer their phone. Our car was nearly towed on the last day because of parking lot repairs that were not communicated and they did not offer standard cable. Certainly, not LUXURY.

This was a great house, it's close to the stadium and casino. The owner was great he was always available for any questions or assistance. If I go back I will stay in one of Carlos's properties.

Carlos and his wife were wonderful hosts. They accommodated our early check in request and when I reached out during our stay they were quick to respond. I had reached out to see if they had any chairs that we could borrow for a baseball tournament and they offered to bring me some the next day. Beds were super comfy! We were fortunate enough to actually meet them in person and these are real people that you’re dealing with. Not just someone managing the property. They care about the rental property and the people who are renting it. Will definitely stay with them again!

We had a great stay. The condo has been completely remodeled with modern appliances and decorations. There's plenty of little "extras" (like a well stocked coffee machine) that make things nice. It's in a secure gated community with a pool and gym only steps away. There's a large grocery store across the street, easy access to the highway, and every other kind of store and restaurant you could imagine within a few minutes drive. Any questions I had were immediately answered by the property manager. Thank you Carlos and Team S for providing such a nice place to stay. I plan on visiting Phoenix fairly often and look forward to staying at Casita Olive again!

We were able to check in early. Carlos was great. The place had everything we needed, was clean and one of the best VRBOs I’ve stayed at! Highly recommend

It was great overall; lots of added extras like shampoo/conditioner, washing supplies, coffee, etc. Everything was super clean. Easy to communicate with owner… answered any questions we had very quickly. Just wish there would have been local channels on the tv - hard to navigate SmartTV when we are used to regular cable. That could have been user error though. Wish it would have been warm enough to use the pool because that looked nice when we walked around the neighborhood. Great location for us! :) Thank you for the warm hospitality.

They could have more eating utensils on hand so we did not have to use the dishwasher as often. The unit is located in a gated community of approximately 130 units. The unit has one non-gas barbecue to share among all units. I would liked to of seen a gas barbecue provided at the unit. We would stay at this unit again.

This is one of the better rental properties I’ve stayed at. It was clean and exactly like the pictures. Very well stocked with anything you might need. Carlos was great at communicating and responded promptly to all questions. I would definitely recommend and stay here again!
