EVENTS INCLUDE ANY THING TO DO WITH PROM, GRADUATION, BIRTHDAY PARTIES, PARTIES OR GATHERINGS TO CELEBRATE ANY MILESTONE/EVENT. PLEASE MESSAGE HOST FOR INFORMATION ON WHAT CONSTITUTES EVENTS.* MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY OF 15 MUST BE OBSERVED AT ALL TIMES. CARGO LIFT IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR USE Walking access to beach. This home is the perfect gathering place for family and friends, while just a short walk to the beach (4th row), near barrel 110. After a day at the beach, come back and enjoy the main entertaining area that features a private pool (not heated) and hot tub. The beautiful Salt Water Ranch has all the amenities you will need, from TVs in every room, WIFI throughout the house, the open floor plan, large well-stocked kitchen with premium appliances, fenced in yard and so many more! It is a family oriented space designed for your comfort and enjoyment! Bed and Bath Setup, 4 bedrooms, 4 baths, sleeps 15, 2400 sq. ft., 2 king masters with en suites, 2 bunkrooms with 2 sets of queen/queen in each, 2 bathrooms in the hallway. Must be 25 yrs old to book. Hot tub is available for 6pm – 12am. The cargo lift is NOT AVAILABLE FOR USE, due to liability issues. NO pets allowed. NO PARTIES (includes prom and graduation parties) or EVENTS ALLOWED, max occupancy of 12 must be observed at all times. There is a security camera outside in pool area. There is a charcoal grill available. The coffee maker is a dual type, both regular drip and pods. Located across the ferry from Galveston, TX Sand Dollar Beach Vacations will never send you a TEXT with a link, requesting payment. As per our rental agreement, any amenity that may become unavailable during your stay will not warrant any type of refund. Note, property is not child proof.

My family truly enjoyed staying at this property. The house is perfect for families with children. The pool under the house keeps them out of the sun once you’ve had enough of the beach. The home was stocked with all we needed to cook meals and well maintained.

Property was great but a couple of items to think about. 1.- The grill was difficult to use, a gas/propane grill would be much better and easier for the renters to use. 2. - include a vegetable steamer so the renter can steam vegetables.

Our family of 8 adults and 6 children (spanning from 6 months to 8 years old) had an awesome stay at Salt Water Ranch. The covered pool was fantastic for the kiddos after beach time to get out of the sun. Owners thought of every detail in kitchen supplies / beach towels / comfortable beds & pillows (would love to know brand of the pillows too). Was a short walk to the beach and we all enjoyed the wrap-around porch to sit and see the waves come in. A++++++++!

Saltwater Ranch was everything advertised & more! The house is beautiful, the room/bathroom set up was perfect, location was great. The amenities were perfect, plenty of towels & soap etc, kitchen is stocked with every tool & small appliance you need & plenty of spices & coffee to make family meals easy & fun. Our family consisted of my husband & myself, our three adult daughters & their spouses and three children. It was perfect. Thank you!

We’ve stayed in several houses in CB but this was the best one by far. It was very spacious but comfortable. Our teenagers could swim while we cooked nearby. I wouldn’t change anything about this house.

This house was EVERYTHING…absolutely beautiful & made our wknd one for the books! The owners were so nice! The only issue we had, the next door neighbors were very RACIST. The lady gave us ugly looks, flicked us off, recorded us, called the cops, and were constantly complaining. It was unbelievable. She obviously is known to be this way because the cops ended up telling us to turn the music down just a bit, ignore them, and to have FUN.

The pictures do not do it justice!!! This place was absolutely stunning!!! Super clean and fully stocked with anything you would ever need. We were so impressed how the kitchen had everything from air fryers to waffle makers, everything is so organized and easy to find. I cannot say enough great things about this beautiful place. The hot tub was not working while we were there which was the only downfall. It was close to the beach and we had a wonderful time!
