This rental is located on floor 1. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. This property needs to be totally renovated. Beds were terrible! Couch was very uncomfortable! Carpets were stained. Stayed for 10 nights with no clean bedding or towels. Smells very musty!

The unit was very clean and adequately supplied. It is conveniently located- a couple minutes’ walk to the beach, marketplace, drug store, and Boss Frogs (bike, snorkel, etc rental store). There are 3 pools to choose from and none were overly crowded. I would rent again!
