Great Place....we only had an issue with the entry bolt (battery was dead, no access to property at 1am) however after several calls to Owner and VRBO..owner finally answered (understandable its 1am)...but def gave me anxiety thinking we were gonna either sleep in car or try to find hotel (add charge). Other than that place was great, beds very comfy.

July in Texas weather, oh lawd so hot!, lol but visiting family and friends was well worth it and it was a great time. This house was comfy and it was in a good location for us to be a few min drive to visit family.

Everything was just as stated in the description and in pictures. The home was the perfect size for our two families. Check in/out process was so smooth. Madison was great at responding in such a timely manner each time that I messaged with questions!

House is nice and in a quiet neighborhood. Quick response from Host. 2 things regarding our stay someone left onions and potatoes in the cabinet and we fought Gnats the entire stay. Air circulation is not even throughout the house the living room and kitchen and dining area was very warm and the bedrooms were cold . Other than that the stay was great and we would stay again.

House overall was great. We had planned for 5 guests but only me & my husband came. Suggestion: post instructions on how to lower the thermostat—that would be helpful. We made do with the fans-no problem. The bed and couch are really low for older folks like us. Love the walk-in shower but toilet outside it was a little cramped—we’re old and big! Ha! Great place to stay!!!

There was only one issue and just happens to major. When we arrived it was about 90* in the house. Initially the property manager just told us “ oh yea the owner has decided to turn temp up when no one was there”. She suggested we just don’t go in and out of the doors, and turn on the ceiling fans. It would sort itself out. Over night it got down to 74*, however as soon as the sun came up the next morning the temp started climbing again. I m contacted her for the third time I think ( she was very nice the whole tone) and it was about 85* when she decided to get the A/C checked out. A repair guy thankfully showed up very promptly. It turns out something wasn’t working and as soon as the part was replaced the A/C started working great!!! While this was not anyone’s fault( things break) the 24 hrs of miserable heat with 3 children and my 88yr old grandmother, could have been totally avoided if someone had come to check out the house when they knew someone would be checking in that afternoon. I’m totally shocked no one came ahead of time and the 90* check in could have been avoided. And no compensation was offered or suggested for the first 2 days of awfulness. Which would have been totally appropriate considering the level of discomfort. There was also a TV problem there was no house account for all the apps. And regular local channels could not be accessed because tv remote was missing and the Xfinity remote couldn’t change the input. But everything else was so wonderful! Despite the problems I would absolutely return to this property.

Everything looked as displayed online very quite neighborhood fair drive to attractions kids were upset about foam football that went over the fence neighbors pretended not to see it lol I was pleased with our stay and communication with home owner.
