Immaculate contemporary year round home with 200’ of private waterfront on Clear Lake only minutes from downtown Alexandria Bay. Newly constructed in 2017 with 16’ x 24’ floating dock on the pristine waters of Clear Lake. Gorgeous Kitchen with quartz counters, Kitchen Aid appliances, and quarter sawn Oak cabinetry. Stellar 2-bedroom, 2 bath home with open floor plan, cathedral ceiling, expansive windows, one of a kind staircase and a custom indoor gas fireplace. Large covered porch, gas grill, fire pit, and great fishing right off the dock. 55” 4K curved screen television with Bose surround sound in main living area, flat screen television with Bose surround in Queen bedroom, King sized bed in loft bedroom with additional full size futon sleeper. This home accommodates a maximum of 5 people. Exceptionally clean home in an incredibly quiet location. Far away from any busy roads, but only two miles to restaurants food & fuel. Small 2 person fishing boat with electric motor and canoe included with rental if desired. Kayak rentals can be delivered directly to your door! If you have your own boat, we will accommodate one guest boat up to 20' for a reasonable daily docking fee. There is a launch area nearby. Home has radiant floor heat, gas stove, microwave, washer & dryer. We provide an amenity of Fresh Flowers, Fresh Fruit, Snacks, a Bottle of Wine, 6 Beers & 6 Bottled Waters with each rental. Watch the sunset from the porch, decompress from the hectic daily grind and get “clear” at this peaceful waterfront lake home. Welcome to Clarity Place!

This property was amazing! Beautiful! Clean! And Ken communicated with us clearly and welcomed us generously making us feel like family. He supplied us with a fruit basket, champagne and for our anniversary! He also supplied beer and goodies for us which was much appreciated. He left detailed information so everything was clear and even different pamphlets with things to do in the area. The property itself is so beautiful, quiet and peaceful. We already told him we want to make our second trip back in the near future. I would highly recommend them!

Privacy and seclusion is exactly what this home offers, not to mention a lake (almost) all to yourselves!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and will be returning for another visit in the future.
Ken and Pauline know how to make their guests feel welcome, and certainly did in our case. Their recommendations for the area were spot on.

We thought the pictures of the listing looked great, but to see this property in person was beyond our expectations! It was very clean & everything was very well appointed in this beautiful home! It is literally the perfect location for anyone looking to refresh & recharge & the stunning views just add to this wonderful getaway! The hosts were beyond gracious & were very quick to answer any questions we had. We were welcomed with gorgeous flowers, drinks & snacks & a list of restaurants & things to do in the area! Beautiful house on a quiet lake. Private lot, screened from neighbors, with a lot of lake frontage. Great dock, fire pit area, and covered back porch. We loved catching fish off the dock, swimming, and the distance between houses. Host was very responsive and helpful.

When I started to search for places to stay in the Alexandria Bay area, I found that the hotels really did not accommodate a family of five unless I wanted to rent two rooms (children ages 12 - 14). I am so thrilled to have found Ken's place! It was more than we hoped for in a private location with lakefront views. The home is very clean and is filled with personal touches that make you feel welcome including flowers, complimentary snacks, beer, water, and wine. We were not on top of each other like we would have been at a hotel, and we really enjoyed using the boat and the canoe to fish and explore the lake. We rented a kayak from The Wandering Kayak which was very reasonably priced. The home is located not far from Alexandria Bay and Clayton. It was a great homebase for sightseeing. Ken was extremely responsive and accommodating. We made memories here that we will always treasure.

Beautiful property. House is lovely and comfortable. Welcome basket and flowers were a welcome touch! Pictures do not do this justice. Ken and Pauline were fantastic. Very quick to respond! The lake is beautiful. Lots of fish. We love this place. Very serene. It was fun to canoe and kayak. Close to Alexandria bay. We will definitely be back.

For the past 10 years, my friends and I have been taking an annual trip to golf and fish. This has been the best stay we’ve had in those 10 years. Ken is an excellent owner! He’s extremely hospitable, friendly, accommodating, and responsive. You can tell he takes pride in making it very comfortable and clean. He also goes above and beyond any reasonable expectations by providing fresh fruit, beer, water, s’mores, and other small details that add to the overall experience. He even gave me great recommendations on how to fish the lake and where to golf. The small, fishing boat and canoe that were included in the rental, made the fishing experience even better. However, we had to stick to the dock for the first two days because the wind was too strong for just a trolling motor. It didn’t matter though because the fishing right off the dock was absolutely amazing. We caught tons of bass (including a few fatties), panfish, and even catfish right from the dock. After the wind died down we took the boats out and caught more bass and a smaller pike. Hooked a large pike too but line snapped because we didn’t have braided leaders. Anyway we can’t wait to go back and you’d be crazy not to rent this place. I would recommend an air mattress if you have three guys or more.

We had a very relaxing and peaceful vacation. We walked into special little touches all throughout the home which were sweet surprises and very thoughtful! We had a wonderful time fishing and kayaking on the lake. Also, we were only several minutes away from Alexandria Bay so we took the 2 hour nation tour around 1000 Islands. That is a must for when you are in the area. Keep in mind that the home owners do have a dog so you may see a little bit of dog hair in some areas but nothing that would keep us from going back. The fishing was great so my husband said that he would like to go back in the spring. Definitely five stars!

We had a wonderful stay! You can tell how much the owners love their home and want you to love it as much as they do! It is a beautiful home and beautiful private lake front property. We were welcomed with extra perks like fresh flowers, fruit, wine and snacks. The home has all the amenities along with the everyday items needed. Great communication and response to any questions.

Prefect property for our trip to the area. We were sightseeing/ touring most days and it was nice to come back to a great home with lots of special touches. The house is very well equipped with anything you would need. Very few places can you see the sun rise above the trees (having coffee on the cover porch) then see the sun set into the trees ( around the fire pit at waters edge) the same day. Thanks for sharing your home.🤓

My boys and I came from Texas to fish the St. Lawrence River. Ken was a fantastic host. The communication was awesome and the property was just amazing. Sitting on the back porch looking over the lake was fantastic, and fishing in the lake was good too. My son caught a 2.5lb bass on the first cast from the dock. Ken and his family left us a very nice welcome package and the house had everything that we could have needed. We stayed 6 nights and had all but 1 meal there at the house. It was a perfect setup. We will definitely stay there again if we go back up that way. I would give more stars if that was an option.

We had a great time with family at Thousand Islands. House views are gorgeous! House is fully equipped for all you need and more , owners go above and beyond to make your stay memorable . We definitely recommend and would stay there again anytime!

What a gorgeous rental and the setting on the lake I can't say enough about the view and the autumn colors around the lake. Ken, was extremely responsive and accommodating- left a welcome basket full of goodies fresh fruit and a bouquet of flowers for us. The house is beautiful! The minute I walked in and saw the lake I knew it was going to be an enjoyable and memory filled weekend. Felt like we were staying in an 5 star hotel. The kitchen was gorgeous and had everything you could need. Beds were very comfortable . This rental is very convenient to Alexandria Bay and restaurants. Our only regret was that Sunday came around to soon and my neighbors and my wife and I had to leave and head back to reality.

We loved staying in this home! My husband and I decided to take a trip for our anniversary this year, and I'm so glad we found this home for our stay. The private setting right on the lake is just what we were looking for. This home is also very close to many other lakes in the area that we enjoyed checking out. The owners go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Between the fresh flowers, towels/linens and providing some special treats for your stay, you feel so welcomed into this home. We can't wait to return in the future. Thanks Ken and family for the amazing stay!

House was beautifully appointed with pretty much everything you would need for a stay available. The owner was very responsive to any questions. Direct waterfront. Lake very weedy and not too good for walking out to swim. Our only negatives were there was no table to eat at (just the counter), there was dog hair in several places on the floor, and the refrigerator was relatively full of the owner's items leaving barely enough room for the food we brought. But, overall, it was a very positive experience.

If you are looking for tranquility… this is the place for you. We had a very relaxing two week stay. Nice but “quiet” lake. Great porch to enjoy the sunsets. The welcome and treatment by the owner was over the top. It was a great base location for us to experience and enjoy the 1000 Island region. Overall great spot!

Fantastic property and owners. The rental was in pristine condition, described perfectly. Our family throughly enjoyed staying on the lake front. Clear lake was calm and quiet, just what we were looking for fishing, kayaking and relaxation.

We got referred by our friend and the experience there was great! The property is clean and nice. The owner is very nice and quick responding to our questions. The only hiccup, which is not related with the owner was neighbor’s dog might run into the yard, which is unexpected. He/she is super friendly but my toddler didn’t expect a moving stuffed animal that is bigger than her size lol

This was a gorgeous house with a spectacular view of a small lake, just minutes away from Alex Bay, Clayton, and other Thousand Island destinations. We loved every minute of our stay in this great, relaxed environment!

Everything was perfect
The only thing that was a minor problem was a couple of dogs that came through the property. My wife has been bitten a couple of times so dogs running free would have been a good heads up for us. But the host was great and very accommodating

Relaxing getaway, not too far from anything
We had a lovely and relaxing stay at the Adamowski's home on Clear Lake. The lake got it's name for a reason! Beautiful and comfortable home in a private setting to just relax, or take a short trip to Alex Bay or Clayton. The Adamowskis truly made us feel welcome, it was like staying at a home of a close friend or relative (only better). Next time, we will also bring our bicycles, as we could go for miles and enjoy the countryside.

Peaceful and serene
Highly recommended lake home. Upon arrival, we were welcomed by music playing and an assortment of snacks were set out. House was modern and pristine. We enjoyed having a campfire by the lake, views from the rear deck and the private setting most of all.

The house was very well furnished (two side chairs have been added to the living area since the photos were taken) and the kitchen area was well stocked. All aspects of this rental are “top of the line.” The lake views were beautiful and relaxing. Hubby said the only thing to make this place perfect for him would have been seeing a family of bears walking along the lake shore. 😀

Big Brother Watching
The property was very nice, if sterile. The biggest physical drawback to the accommodations was that there was but a single 2 recliner loveseat and some ottoman style 'seats' in the living area. Beautiful view, wonderful radiant heat and clean bathrooms. The problem was the ring camera's on the door, the neighbor that just "happened to stop in", the excessive "don't screw up our home" clauses in the contract and text messages which made it extremely difficult to enjoy the stay. Are we going to go to VRBO jail if we use the wrong coffee cup? What if we don't sweep up the dog hair that was left, will that damage the custom steps!?!? The expectation should be that we will leave a place that we rent in as good a shape as when we arrived, and most adults don't need the constant admonishments. If you aren't comfortable with people renting your cottage...then don't rent it. If you are, then find a way to loosen the apron strings so they don't feel under the microscope every second they are there.

Ken is an amazing host and his hospitality is wonderful! I’m an avid traveler and I’ve rented many properties throughout NY and down south and I’ve never had a host who was so welcoming, easy to communicate with and wonderful! We definitely loved the views and the welcome package was such a nice thoughtful touch! The back porch is wonderful too and was our favorite spot to be and it was perfect for relaxing!
