Our luxurious 6-bedroom home with enough space for 16 guests is the perfect retreat to spread out, come together, and explore exciting nearby adventures. Open-concept living and large group entertainment are the words here at 508 North Shore. Start the day off right with breakfast in the hardwood-floored, sunny Great Room, with its spacious first-class kitchen and living room. Brew some coffee and relax at the oversized granite-top kitchen island and bar as the morning sun pours through the wide windows and sliding doors. Then convene on the cozy living room sectional sofa to plan your upcoming day. This is also a great spot for a family movie marathon. Breakfast, lunch, or dinner – it doesn't matter. Our open-concept gourmet kitchen with designer features is equipped to feed an army in style. Cook up your best recipe using the double ovens and gas cooktop, and grab a new bottle from the wine fridge to share. Food is served at the elegant hardwood dining table, overlooking the flowered backyard. Is rain in the forecast? No need to stress. There are so many places to get cozy at home and play games together, especially in our laughter-filled game room. Enjoy the bumper pool table, shuffleboard, Atari 2-player game table, electronic dartboard, and pinball machine. Cheer on your team from the bar stools or comfy leather couch. When the sun does come out, there's no better way to spend an afternoon than in our in-ground, private swimming pool. Practice your backstroke, then relax on the patio furniture under the sun. This grassy, beautifully landscaped backyard space was designed for functionality, fun, and tranquility. When the sun sets, show off your grilling skills and host a backyard barbeque. We're confident the kids will love roasting marshmallows at the fire pit table, followed by a dip in the hot tub for ultimate pampering under the stars. Showers and bedtime don't need to be a frustrating occasion at our retreat. With six spacious bedrooms and four full bathrooms (two with shower-tub combos!), the kids will be excited to bathe and get cozy in their own space. For the adults, divvying up these expertly designed bedrooms will be an adventure in itself. Who'll score the primary suite? This huge, private first-floor bedroom comes with a king bed, glass French doors to the patio, and an ensuite bathroom worthy of Celebrity Cribs. Equipped with a soaker tub, spacious glass shower, fireplace, TV, and double vanity, this is an opulent bathroom you'll probably spend too much time in. But the other bedroom options are far from disappointing, and most are equipped with TVs for unwinding. There's another sunny first-floor bedroom with a king bed, stately leather recliners beside a fireplace, and a work station. There are also two bedrooms on the second floor with king beds, and two bedrooms with queen beds. Bonus beds include two twin daybeds and a comfy crib in the second-floor bedroom for any little ones. Peak & Non-Peak Season During the peak season, this home has a 7-night minimum and rents Sunday - Sunday. As we approach the season, we may have more flexibility in scheduling. If you are interested in staying a full week in the non-peak season, September through April, please send an inquiry with your travel dates and we are happy to provide weekly pricing for your trip. Additional Information If you are inquiring for specific dates around the opening or closing dates of the swimming pool, please inquire with a reservationist for more information. ~ If a pet will be vacationing with you, a non-refundable pet fee will be added upon approval of your booking request.

This house was perfect for our girls weekend getaway. It had all the amenities we wanted and was close to town. We had a lot of fun and loved the area. The only thing that we would suggest would be more towels and trash bags. For a group our size it was not ideal.

We were a group of 15 people (10 adults 5 children) staying from Friday to Friday • Very clean • Centrally located for beach access and walking into town ( longer walk) • Spacious bedrooms • Beautifully landscaped front and back yards. • Everything was as pictured All employees were very kind. • None of the arcade games were powered up. There were no instructions. We spent a long time the first day trying to get everything to work in the game room • The game room is a room off the dining area. It is not in the basement. • There is NO access to the basement or to the garage. Both are locked. • While the upstairs bedrooms are VERY spacious there is not any extra furniture besides a bed and a nightstand. There is ample room for sitting areas which would have been nice for people using those rooms. • Regarding the two bedrooms that are attached. The far bedroom has no closet access(locked) or dresser available. • There are “many” on/off switches. None are labeled and they are all different kinds. Some don’t work. If they were labeled a lot of time would be saved trying to figure them out. • Extra blankets and pillows would have been nice. None provided. • The steamer shower in master, outdoor tv, and fire pit did not work. • We were surprised on Monday when we messaged the office for a needed repair at the house and was told no one was in on Monday so our request went unanswered for the day.

My family and I came here from Chicago to celebrate my mom's 60th birthday. We had an amazing time. Everything about the house - the pool, the kitchen, the hot tub, the location is wonderful. We would definitely come back again.

My husband and our children live in Chicago and most of my family is in Northern Michigan (LP) so South Haven is a great mid-point for us to get together. We had a group of 12 adults and 3 children (2 babies & one toddler). This house was perfect for our group. Plenty of space for everyone to sleep, lots of room in the kitchen to hang out / cook / snack. We also really enjoyed the game room (shuffle board & arcade games!). It was a bit chilly the weekend we were there but we still took advantage of the location and walked down to the beach and around the neighborhood a few times. There is a great spot just up the street from the house to watch the sunset. We also took advantage of the pool still being open in early October. A few of us were brave enough to take a dip. The only small disappointment was that the hot tub wasn't working (hosts were waiting on a part to fix it). We were really looking forward to that ammenity. Definitely take advantage of meeting the host when you check in to get a tour and tutorial on all the technology - the blinds were a bit confusing. All in all it was awesome. We would definitely book again!

We definitely enjoyed our stay! Unfortunately, the hot tub wasn’t properly heating but the game room kept us engaged! The master bedroom was a dream! Loved the bathroom. Must book again!

wonderful site; our large family cooked and ate communal meals at least twice per day. Home needs more heavy duty accessories like grab bars and towel bars and dishwashers to make experience even better. Property managers easily accessible and responsive.

The house is spacious and beautifully designed and decorated. With 3 families staying together everyone had enough room to be together and to be alone. The pool and game room was a big hit for everyone.
