Overall, we had a good time. The vault ceiling in the living group made it great for our group gathering. The big kitchen is a plus as well. Bedroom arrangement are also great for friends and family gathering (big family, small family, couples and singles). The washing machine needs to be replaced as it made very loud noise during spinning. We are a traveling soccer team, so with limited amount of towels we have to wash our clothes and towels a lot. Toilet paper is the worst quality. I think only the best quality toilet paper is acceptable, and the provided toilet paper is worst than what you see at porta potty at carnivals. The toilet downstairs has a strange smell. It's not anything dirty, but just a strange smell. Need better trash can in the kitchen as well. This house is for big groups so there will be a lot of trash, better trash can that doesn't take 2 hands to open would be great. Other than that, overall we enjoyed the place.

The house is great, but needs work. The door handle in the bathroom is loose and about to fall off. The yard was not mowed or cleaned - I found glass around the hot tub. There are no steps to the Hot Tub, which could cause one to fall. The ceiling fan (located directly over the Hot Tub) is wobbly and looks like it's about to fall down. There were no instructions on operating the Hot Tub. The firepit was under the covered patio - fire hazard - we moved it to the yard. There is no outdoor lighting for the patio. All fans are remote controlled and without operating instructions. In one room, the fan kept turning itself on and off, the lights came on and off, and the master bedroom had no lights. You were given one towel per bed - for 4 days. One room that had either a queen or a king (not the master) did not have any towels. Luckily there were 2 towels in the closet in the room with 2 twin beds. There is no garbage disposal. This means all scraps of food had to go into the trash can and stink up the house. The trash can required two hands to open it - so we took the lid off - which means the house smelled all the time. There was wind a few days before our arrival, trash all over the place so I can't complain about that - but the yard was not kept up or maintained at all. That was a disappointment. The kitchen is probably the best part of this house - most the time we hung out in the kitchen. The bar stools could be better, they are inexpensive and not good at holding weight. The coffee pot had old coffee in it - there was mold in the coffee filter, so cleaning people are not doing their job. It would help if the light switches had labels - many homes that I stay in do that to help the guests identify what to turn on. One last thing - when you have potential to make $5-6k a month - splurge - two ply toilet tissue.
