The thermostat has parameters set. The heat will go no higher than 74 Degrees Fahrenheit and the A/C (cooling) will go no lower than 72 Degrees Fahrenheit. Please read and agree to House Rules when making your reservation. There is an additional guest fee per person/night of $10 for the 4th guest and up. The guest fee will be calculated on the quote breakdown when entering the correct guest count into the reservation or inquiry. Only registered, paying overnight guests are permitted at the residence.
