Very comfortable stay. Lots of room for a family. Quiet. Well stocked kitchen. Comfortable bedrooms. Great location.
As there are no dressers in the bedrooms, I would recommend the placement of luggage racks.

It was perfect for what we were looking for. Close to Vanderbilt and the reunion activities. It was very reasonable and comfortable.

The condo was very cute and had a historic feel! There were lots of stairs leading to the rooms that we found very unique and fun! However, the space was just NOT clean. There was hair and dust in every corner, sticky surfaces on the refrigerator handle, door knobs, and even the wall at the head of one of the beds. The couch was stained heavily and had a cheap cloth cover that had white liquid residue on it (clearly had not been washed). We contacted Sonder through the app upon arrival to notify them and sent them images of the white residue on our couch and DID NOT receive any communication back. We were downtown at a conference and did not spend too much time at the condo due to work, but it did bother us that there was no communication back and we could not use the couch Additionally, there were holes in the sheets of one of the beds.

The location and price were great. The only issue we had was our key code only worked 1/2 the time. We could walk around to the back door and use it fine but the front door had issues. There is also no deadbolt. That made me feel a little uneasy. The area was good. A few restaurants were w/in walking distance. The apartment could have used a better cleaning, but it wasn't anything nasty. I'm just pretty picky when it comes to cleanliness. There are 4 flights of stairs to access all the different rooms. So, keep that in mind. There are no bedrooms on the bottom floor, but it worked for us.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was perfectly setup for our group of 4 couples, and the location wasn’t too far from Broadway. We walked downtown one day, then took Uber/Lyft as well. It was not a problem getting either. I would absolutely stay again.

Loved all the rooms and space for spreading out. Gave lots of privacy. Comfortable beds. Beautiful setting across from Vanderbilt Univ.
My only complaint would be that the entire unit needs a deep cleaning badly!! Remind your cleaning crew to clean out and wash down the coffee pot. Also need to see what's going on in the top floor bathroom ~ heavy sulphur smell, unable to use shower.

Our family decided to have a getaway Christmas vacation in Nashville. The Highnote was close to most attractions and was in a peaceful neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay.

The unit is tired, it needs a fresh coat of paint throughout. The bedrooms are fine, beds comfortable. The showers water pressure is poor and the toilet paper hanger was almost out of the wall in one BR. The cleaning is OK but the upper shelves in the kitchen need a thorough cleaning. Plus we had to beg to get a toaster which was weird.

Communication was top notch. Location was great one block off Music Row. Safe neighborhood across from a quite college campus. Onsite parking had a fee, but we were able to park on the street with no problems. Plenty of space for four couples. Modern design throughout. Comfortable queen sized beds with a bathroom in each of the four rooms. Could walk to Broadway about 1.5 miles. We drove our car or used Uber. There are 4 levels with high ceilings, so that is about 20 steps per level. 2 bedrooms on level 2 & 3 and a pull out couch on level 4. You will get your steps in if you forget something! Great place. All 8 of us enjoyed it.

The place was great. Clean and well kept. Parking is just street side and during the day it is meter. The buildings are 3 and 4 floors lofted style condo, so steps were not problem for us, but would be for some people.
Location is next to Vanderbilt and Belmont campuses so a lot of things are walking distance and safe

Great location...easy walk to downtown or quick Uber ride. Ample restaurants to choose from in the neighborhood. Our unit was 4 stories, so lots of steps and no elevator. Not suitable for preparing meals...limited kitchen supplies. There were no wash cloths/hand towels upon arrival; when we contacted management, we were told it could take up to 24 hours for someone to bring them, which was disappointing since the website states fresh towels are a standard amenity. The unit could stand a good, deep cleaning...it was surface clean but a lot of dust/grime build up when you looked closely. Beds were comfortable. Easy parking.

Our family of 8 stayed here for one night.
Pros- lots of space. Everyone had their own room with a restroom.
Cons- black marks all over the lower parts of walls (probably from
previous guest suitcases)
- LOTS of stairs
- beds are SUPER firm
- Dirty cover over the couch. (Definitly wouldn't sit on it)
- The listing says Free Parking, but after you pay, you then get a check in email that says that there is 2 hour street parking in front of the townhome or a paid parking lot, but only for one vehicle per townhome. We had 2 vehicles. When we asked what guest are to do with their 2nd vehicle we were told to 'check other parking options nearby'. We arrived late at night on a Monday and the 2 hour parking is only from 8am to 4pm Monday thru Friday. Therefore we were able to park for free before we checked out early the next morning. But others need to be aware if your parking time frame will be during those '2 hour only' hours.
Overall the stay worked for our one night.

You can never go wrong with a trip to Nashville and this is the perfect condo. Tons of room, very clean and very walkable to Hillsboro Village, Belmont and everything in the area. I highly recommend it!

This was a perfect location for multiple family members to gather for a milestone birthday weekend. The upper level den was a perfect 5th bedroom and the lower level living area was an ideal gathering area. I was initially worried about parking but it was no problem at all with a lot of street parking. Would definitely stay again when we come back to Nashville!!

We had plenty of room for all nine of my family. Spacious and in a super convenient location. It was a quick, four minute drive to Broadway. More than enough towels and beds and necessities for our stay. We will stay here again!!
Only negative is the pictures are a bit misleading. There is a really ugly fabric sofa cover in the main living room. There were scuff marks all over the walls, and the floor looked like that had been mopped, but not swept before so there was a lot of fuzz and dirt. But the bedding and towels itself was clean.

Awesome stay! We felt very safe in the neighborhood. The rental is huge! It is a townhome with four floors and includes an outside space on the top floor. We were in town for a conference but the rental made us wish we were staying longer. It is a short drive to the main part of downtown. We were concerned about parking at the rental and were very happy to have a choice of street parking right outside the unit or a paid parking area behind the unit. No worries about where to park. Next time we are in town we will definitely try to stay here.

Loved the location and upper deck. Comfortable beds, great showers, and decent supply of towels and toilet.
Property wasn’t all that clean, and needs a paint job. Could use bedding for the pullout bed. 3rd floor bathroom smelled like sewage.

This was the perfect place for a girls weekend!! Plenty of space to hang out in the kitchen and living room. Loved that each bedroom had their own bathroom. We loved the roof top patio - perfect place for our mimosas. Also loved that we could walk to coffee, lunch, and bars!! Great safe location !!!
