Only once all of this has been received, will booking be confirmed. Do I need to pay a bond? Yes, a security deposit (bond) will be required on booking of $500. Keys will not be issued unless credit card details have been provided as a surety procedure. Management reserves the right to increase the bond to $1000 in some instances. What happens to my booking payments in the event the government directs a lockdown on my dates of travel? In the event government directs a lockdown for your dates of travel we would discuss either a full refund minus the booking fee or the option of changing your booking dates. Changing of booking dates may incur an additional fee. What happens if I decide to cancel my booking as I am worried about recent outbreaks of COVID19?
