We originally saw this property when we were on a boat tour of Southport and we said WOW, we must stay there! Fast forward 6 months and we checked that box. What an amazing stay over the Thanksgiving holiday. The views from Sunrise through Sunset are jaw dropping. The property was perfectly represented and we lacked for nothing. Very well appointed, clean, and comfortable. Communications with Pam were fast and very helpful. Very easy access to 4+ excellent seafood restaurants and bars. Walking distance to downtown, short drive to the ferry, and oh did I mention the views...lol...just stunning!

This rental unit exceeded our expectations in everyway! It has views that go on forever from every window! There is parking, which is in high demand and the until is clean, upgraded and just beautiful!! You are in the heart of the small harbor town with plenty of restaurants and bars with live music to keep you happy, or if you want to hang on the dock and watch the boats go in and out, that is perfect too! Highly recommend!

We had the best time…doing nothing. We literally sat in the house or on the deck for pretty much 3 days straight. This was the most relaxing vacation I have ever had. It was just what we all needed. Everything is within walking distance so if you want to shop or go eat you can. But I highly recommend sitting in front of that big picture window and let the hours just pass. I will be back for a week in the fall.

My buddy and I had an absolutely marvelous stay in this multi- story lovely apartment! Right in the midst of Southport restaurant and music scene. Be prepared for the throngs of visitors and music playing until 10pm every evening. Sitting outside on the first floor overlooking the cape fear river, watching boats and birds . Was marvelous.
