Pier Pleasure I is a two-level waterfront home designed for families and groups to gather comfortably while enjoying beautiful views of Copano Bay.
First Floor
The downstairs game room offers a fun place to spend time together and includes:
• Pool table
• Comfortable seating area
• Sleeper sofa
• Full bathroom with shower
Second Floor
Upstairs, the open main living area is filled with natural light and overlooks the bay.
The fully equipped kitchen provides plenty of space for preparing meals, along with wraparound bar seating for six. A nearby dining table seats eight, while the oversized sectional offers a comfortable place to watch television or relax after a day of fishing.
A dedicated desk overlooking Copano Bay provides a scenic workspace for guests who need to work remotely.

FYI, we have two recommendations that would make the rental better. master bathroom shower floor was very slippery and it only had two small anti slip stickers making it tricky to shower without feeling like were going to slip and fall. The other issue is with the remote controlled ceiling fans, they are all on the same frequency, making it annoying that if someone in another bedroom or living room would turn the lights on or off, that remote would do the same in another room or rooms. The lights would turn on or off and the ceiling fan would also turn on or off if anyone in a different part of the house did anything with their remote. All bedrooms and living room were affected causing interruption in sleep due to bedroom lights turning on whenever any of the remotes were used.

The house is really great for a larger group. The pool table was a huge hit, and the pier is really nice. We only caught a few small trout, but being on the water and able to relax was really nice. We would highly recommend this place because of the many spaces to sit and relax, and because of the location.

Great property on the water. Purpose of trip to Rockport was for fishing. Could not be happier with our stay at Pier Pleasure 1. Private pier was amazing. House was comfortable and clean, and cool for the unseasonable hot weather. Spent a majority of our time at the house or on the pier relaxing. Enjoyed watching the dolphins and birds. Already talking about going back next year.
