Spread across the first and second floors you will find three bedrooms. On the first floor, the master bedroom has a super king-sized bed, and the second bedroom has king-sized double. On the third floor you will find a ‘triple’ which has a double bed (king-size zip/link - can be twin on request) and a single bed. There are also two bathrooms - one on the second floor has a bath and hand-held shower as well two separate sinks, while the second floor has a shower room with basin and WC. There’s a snug, which is perfect for kids to relax. Outside, there’s the terrace that leads out from the kitchen. It offers charming views of the River Dart and is equipped with a table and four chairs for alfresco dining. The property comes with a free private parking space (these come at a premium in Dartmouth), although it’s a short walk up a steep hill from the house so you may want to unpack before parking the car. There are also sometimes roadside spaces on Jawbones Hill. This property welcomes up to two well behaved dogs and is perfect for someone looking to explore the town easily. Recommended for: Regatta House is perfect for families who want to be in the heart of it all, or for a few friends who want easy access to the cafes and restaurants. It's also a perfect location for walkers and dog owners. Favourite feature: The property has charming views of the River Dart and is perfectly located for stepping out the front door and walking straight into town to see the shops and restaurants or hop on the ferry to Kingswear. Need to know: Parking comes at a premium in Dartmouth, making the free allocated off-street parking space a real asset for guests. It should be noted that as the property is spread over four floors it isn’t ideal for anyone with mobility issues.
