We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the caravan . The staff were very helpful and any problems we had it was dealt with immediately.

I have already put up a complaint for the things that were not in place on arrival. We didn’t enjoy anything at all.

Very disappointing, caravan was not clean, duvet had blood on it or something worse.

Very disappointing, caravan was not clean, blood or something worse on duvet, curtains falling down couldn’t be closed properly, gas leak so had to turn gas off, so bad that we booked into a hotel after two nights
